I think all that stuff is a really good, good shout. I think the hobby is growing. It does remind me of 2020, 2021. I think there's a lot of things about it that remind me of 2021, not just the chatter that we're hearing from news sources outside of the people that we talk to all the time. You know, like, I'm showing up to social gatherings and people being like, hey, aren't you a sports card guy? Let's talk about that. You know, like, da, da, da, how do I make money doing that, too? And all this kind of stuff. And I've actually had two people over the past week, like, what you were saying, reach out and be like, hey, how do I get started? And my cousin reached out to me and he was just like, dude, I'm into sports cards. And grandma said that we should, like, talk. And I was like, okay. And I was like, what are you doing? And he's like, oh, dude, I just bought, like, three brake slots. And I was like, oh, frick. You know, like, so I'm just. I've been texting. His name's Jackson. I've been texting Jackson a lot about, like, there's a quick way to lose a ton of money doing this, and there's a quick way to just be like a magnesium Fleer and just be like hot and like crazy lightning, but over in one minute, you know? And I think what I was trying to tell him is, like, if you are trying to do this for the long gain, if you are Trying to do anything other than just have a fun moment and spend a ton of money, then I can help you. I was like, but if you want to do that, we're not talking about the same thing. Yu-Gi-Oh that's a good way to put it. And I think, like, I actually texted my friend back and I was like, no shame in my game. Like, you need to listen to the pod. What are you into? What are you not into? And then kind of giving them a path along those lines I think is a good thing for us to be doing. So. So, Yu-Gi-Oh it's interesting. And then I actually had. I mean, I'll kick back to you here in a second, but you made me think. My father in law texted me that his neighbor was going through his old cards and he sent me a picture of it. And I texted back, like, a bunch of stuff that would help, but it's. It's hard to. It's hard. Like, when we have a podcast like this and we've spent, you know, the last five or six years building resources@noallseason.com where people can go there and learn this stuff, it's hard for me to want to have additional conversations than what we're already having. It's like, it's sort of like, look, actually, the way that I make my living is by putting content out and resources out for this exact thing. So I know it's a little bit different for you, maybe with your cousin, for me, personally, because it. Because it's like how I make a living. It's like, even if you're my best friend, my brother, my sister, my father in law, whoever, it's like, look, go to no offseason dot com, bucko. Like, I. This is what, like, don't. Don't ask me for an additional conversation. Like, I. The best stuff I have is there already. So look, I think it's cool too, and I'll talk to you about it over dinner, but go. Yu-Gi-Oh but I did expect that to be like kind of the. The wagon you were on, though. Yu-Gi-Oh I mean, it's. You're doing it full time, dude. And sometimes, you know, anybody's like, if a lawyer is like, hey, dude, this is my full time job. And someone's like, hey, can I get some legal advice? I'd be like, I mean, at some level, man. No, you know, like, like, like, I can probably give you some suggestions, but, like, I'm not gonna run your case for free. This isn't a pro bono situation. But one-of-one Yu-Gi-Oh I think that's a good analogy. I've talked to one of my buddies recently who. He was just like, hey, man, I'm getting into this. I heard you're into this. You know, I've seen some of your clips that you've shared on Instagram and stuff like from sports card strategy show, and then it's lefty card stuff. He was just like, hey, man, how do I get started? And I was like, I just started with, what is your intentions? Mm. Are you trying to have a cool collection? Are you trying to make money? Are you trying to, like, save money so that you can have a better Collection because that also kind of falls into what we're doing one-of-one And so he was. And I was. He was like, I think I want to make some income for my family with my knowledge of sports. And I was like, then you've. Tom, you've come to the right place. Yu-Gi-Oh My next question was like, need quickly to get on board with what we're doing, otherwise you're going to lose a lot of money because you think, you think you know what you're doing. Yu-Gi-Oh exactly. And they're just, they're scrolling on reels which the reels are all about just wasting money. Right. Like there's. Our reels are not out there as often as somebody else's reels are out there. About like, hey, let's rip this wax and let's like, let's shoot for this spin wheel, blah, blah, blah. And you know, like, Yu-Gi-Oh the algorithm doesn't love my stuff as much as. Okay. But what, what I'm saying is like. So then my next question for him was, how much money do you have as a seed investment into your own strategy here? Because I think that sets the tone completely different. It's not like, hey man, are you gonna go buy one card? Or hey man, do you have a. Like, so he was like, how much money do I need? I said, I would recommend to start between 500 and $5,000. Like, if you're in that range in there and you can set it aside as like, this is my business seed fund money, then I think we have a conversation. But if you're like, hey man, I've got $25, I'm like, you're not as committed as I'm going to need you to be to have this conversation. That's a great point. Because like, I. We had a premium member ask on the premium pod not too long ago. In fact, I just reposted the reel to my stories over the weekend. It was, it was sort of like, how do I. What do I need to. How much money do I need to spend monthly to make a net. Total net profit of $3,500 a month? And so I kind of did the math. Yu-Gi-Oh thank you. And it's like, I mean, I think it was. I can't think of the premium members name, but definitely kudos to that person because it's like at least a half a dozen people have asked that exact question over the last year, but it's not as many as you would think. Like, I would think that would be the question that everybody should be asking. Like that's an very intelligent question by that, by that premium member. And so, you know, doing the math, it's like, okay, well look, you know, my Safe percentage is 45% ROI based on. And that's, that's gone up. Remember Lefty, it used to be 20. I mean, people, people who have listened to the sports card strategy show for the last few years, you guys will remember. I, like people used to ask, what do you, what do you expect to make. It used to be 20%. I think 90% of the reason why it's gone up is because we have gotten better at executing our strategy. Yu-Gi-Oh I don't think actually it's because of the mark now. The market is booming. There's no doubt about that. And there's a lot of evidence. I'll probably review on next week's episode some more, just data points about why it's like, clear that the amount of people coming into the hobby creating additional demand is like higher than it's been in the last few years since like Lefty and I said 20. 20, 2021 was kind of the last time. It was like, Yu-Gi-Oh this is insane. Yu-Gi-Oh the last all time high. Yu-Gi-Oh last all time highs for a lot of cards. I mean, really, that's what it amounts to is like not only are a lot of cards approaching that high from 2021 in February, but there's more data points than that. There's, there's like, there's more that are just like the, the, the price increases on just basic Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Shohei Otani cards, like, and even like Shaquille O', Neal, like, I'll, I'll probably dig into that a little bit next week. But like, players like Shaquille o' Neal and Kevin Garnett and Allen Iverson, Troy Aikman, those Topps of like, sort of fringe goats, had price increases back in 2021 and then they plummeted down and now they're starting to rise up again. And I think that's another sign just that it's all supply and demand. So just simply the demand is higher than the supply. And the reason why the demand is higher than the supply for those Topps of former athlete, you know, retired athletes, hall of Famers, is because there's just more people getting into the hobby buying those cards. But if you go back to the question from the premium member, like, what, how much do I need to spend to make 3, 500amonth total net profit? I mean, if you take, you can do the math and you can say, okay, well, 40 if I'm making 45% net profit. And I mean you're going to end up spending, I don't know like that that budget is going to be a lot more than 25, you know, $25. Right. It's going to be more like $7500 a month that you're going to be spending to make the, the, the 35. Yu-Gi-Oh it's going to be like closer to $8,000 when you do the math if you're making 45% net profit. So if you want a net $3,500 a month, you're going to be spending between 7,500 and $8,000 a month. Yu-Gi-Oh And it takes a while to ramp up to that. Right. I mean not everybody's going to jump into the hobby. Right? Well hey, if you're jumping into the hobby today after 30 years and you're like, Yu-Gi-Oh I'm going to spend $8,000 a month, you really, really need to get a subscription to no offseason.com and Hobby Flipper right this second. I would caution those people actually because there's some, I would say it really helped us spending 250 to 20 $500 a month for. I would like maybe, maybe pull the throttle back on brand new people because like there's gonna be dumb mistakes you're gonna make. Yu-Gi-Oh And I don't want you to make $8,000 dumb mistakes. I want you to make like $250 dumb mistakes. Even with sports card school and all sorts of stuff, you're gonna be like Yu-Gi-Oh dude, I bought a Bowman Chrome auto blah blah blah from this, you know, whatever. Yu-Gi-Oh I went out and bought a modded and I'm like oh actually you didn't buy a Chrome first. You bought a second year, second year Bowman auto which is not the same, you know. And so it's like there's gonna be like the dumb stuff like that that just happens that even if we put our best foot forward, there's also like the hard knocks of like learning a new skill. And just like anything, what is it like? Actually Gary Vee just put posted something about this the other day. Like you need thousands of reps at something to be proficient at it, you know. Like I think I saw him doing push ups on a stage and he was like, he was like wait, wait, wait, wait. And he did like 10 push ups and then he got up and he's like what the frick, I'm not a bodybuilder. Yu-Gi-Oh And he's like Exactly. He was like, why did you do 10 push ups and expect to be a bodybuilder? But you're. I think he, it was in the context of posting content or posting videos. And he was like, you can't post 10 videos and say, I didn't get enough likes. I'm done. You know. Exactly. Yu-Gi-Oh I think, I think there is a sentiment of that that also needs to be transferred to people getting started in the hobby. You are going to learn some painful and hard lessons in that first year. I would say in the first five, we're still learning painful and hard lessons, you know. You know, like, and, and business is always going to be hard no matter what. And I, you know, people know that. And those of us that have been entrepreneurs for, you know, 10 plus years know that there's always parts of entrepreneurialism that's that difficult. But at the same time, like, bet on yourself, have margin or like, have like part of it built into making dumb mistakes and learning. But at the same time, you need people who like, just like your boy that's talking in the intro. Yu-Gi-Oh you're gonna. Q. Harrison's talking about, you're gonna need a guy that helps you. He's like, it's not gonna be every day, but he's gonna be a guy that's not gonna lead you to the promised land tomorrow. But he's like, Yu-Gi-Oh but it's like, that's truly like kind of where we're at right now. Yu-Gi-Oh that's exactly right. And there's all sorts of reasons why you would be in the hobby. You know, you might want some bonding time with other people in your life. It could be your kids, could be your family. We've had a lot of husband and wife pairs, couples that have been premium members and that have been like, hey, I know you don't like us buying wax, but we do that for our date nights. Great. I mean, that's Zebra cool. But I mean, you know, Lefty, you just mentioned the entrepreneurial side of it, which I think is a great reason. I think people like the challenge of wanting to be right, wanting to have bragging rights. That's why we have the Flipper rankings. At Hobby Flipper. We've gamified this as a real life fantasy game that you can compete with other hobby flippers to see how you're doing in terms of earnings versus other premium members. At no offseason.com and Hobby Flipper, there could be that competitive aspect to it. There could be just simply, you love the cards and you want to build a collection that increases in value. And, and so nobody wants to build a collection that decreases in value, by the way. And that's a whole other topic for another episode where we've. I think sometimes we say the. We always say the word Flipper. We always say the word. We're the show that comes out and says, we don't care what you think of us. We're going to be honest and we're going to tell you that we love to do this to make money. We don't want to lose money. We want to make money. Now. That doesn't mean that we don't love the other aspects of the hobby. That doesn't mean that we, that doesn't mean that we're pushing little kids down in retail stores to try to get the latest release and sell them for five times more on ebay. That's not the kind of people we are. We're just simply the kind of people that we support everybody else in the hobby. We just don't want. We hate to see people lose, is what it is when there's all these other paths to winning. We just hate to see people lose. And, but to your point earlier, we still have growing pains. We still learn lessons and that's, you know, we still have our L's of the week and we're bringing back the, the old, the good old segment, L and W of the Week. So Lefty, you know, you can add anything else you want on this discussion, but let's also kick it over to you for your L of the week, man. My L of the week. I, I think I'm continuing to talk about this Downtown. This Jaden Daniels Downtown. Love it. I've cracked it last week, I cracked it out. I posted it this week and I'm very clear on my post that this is an issue that's hard to take a picture of. So once again, you know, for those of you guys that are watching, this is my Jaden Downtown. It looks Flawless except for it's been squeezed, which I is not a. It's like that's, that's not a common thing. It's definitely a hard thing to picture because a 25 point card, you can't take a picture of the side of it and get the real perspective. Like the ratio doesn't work on the camera well. And so I, that's the only assumption that I have about how this card got a PSA5. So I've made a description on my ebay listing about saying exactly what is wrong with It. Because I still think this card's worth about five, six hundred dollars, you know, like, raw. There's raw. They're selling for almost 750. And so, like, I still think this is a fairly expensive card, which means it's gonna have to go through the authentication. So, like, I need to be as transparent as possible on this listing so that it doesn't, like, go to Florida and then be like, oh, this isn't what you thought it was. You know what I'm saying? And so, because I know how this will happen. They didn't patch auto when I bought it, but when I sell it, they're gonna be like, oh, Kendall McKee actually, you know, like, Yu-Gi-Oh And so I know that's gonna happen. So one-of-one I just screwed. Everybody reaches out to me and is like, what's your lowest? They're always like, what's your lowest? And I'm like, give me an offer. And they're like, $6. And I was like, okay, no. Yu-Gi-Oh So that's my L of the week. Do you want me to go to dubs now, or do you want to do your L's first? I'll do my L. So. So, I mean, this isn't my L, but. But I will add on to your little situation that you talked about where I have had this Anthony Edwards. I had three Anthony Edwards, Silver Prizm PSA, 10 rookies. Buy it now. No, best offer. Just buy it now. And I had them up there Again, I've talked about this on the show. So maybe some of you will remember back in, like, maybe during the playoffs, I listed them in this buy it now format. Eleven hundred dollars each. I had bought them for about 850 each back in September of 2025. So this is the. This is the buy basketball in auctions in September and then sell during the playoffs or some kind of performance bike. Well, he didn't have the performance bike right. He got injured in the, you know, at some point in the playoffs. He missed. Missed a little bit of time. Wasn't quite himself. The T Wolves did okay, but they didn't. They didn't make it to the, you know, to the NBA Finals. But one-of-one did sell two of them in the last couple of months for the 1100. Just leaving them up there. So that was. Those were more wins. But I do keep getting people doing the same thing that you're talking about where they're like, would you take 900 for this? And I'm like, no. And then they'll be. The same person will be like, what's the lowest you'll do? And I'm like 10:45. And then they'll go, Would you take 950? And I go, well, you asked me what the lowest I would do is. And the last time I checked, 950 is still lower than 1045. Not trying to be. Check again. Those are facts. Yu-Gi-Oh I just checked and it's still. Oh, I did lower. And it's still lower then. Yu-Gi-Oh Okay. So my L of the week. Now, if you're new to the show, you may roll your eyes at this, but if you're a true member of the no offseason.com fam, then you will applaud this because we are Zebra detail oriented. And Lefty. One thing I've noticed recently is that when, you know, I've always been, well, not always, but probably for at least the last four years, shortly after I moved back to the United States, I've been a buy the shipping label off of ebay guy. Right? Because I'm list. I mean we're, we're pretty much 100% eBay. I know Lefty goes to local card shops every once in a while. I go to card shows every once in a while. But I'm 99.9% eBay guy. Buying and selling. Selling. And yes, making quite a bit of money doing that. You can see my public portfolio at Hobby Flipper. Currently net profit in 2026 of $16,688.26. But we'll talk about that more in a second. My L of the week is that the shipping costs have gone up for usps and I've just. Because it used to be that you could buy like a year ago or even six months ago, you could buy a shipping label for like $4 and 30 to $4 and 70 some cents. Right. UPS ground advantage for like 3 ounces to 8 ounces package, which is what we're shipping and now. And it's not just ebay, but it's also when I'm using the Click and ship now it's like you can't get it for lower than $5 and 80 some cents. And so it's like now again, you might roll your eyes at this. You're like, Paul's talking about $1.20 per transaction here. But any good business person realizes that that adds up quite a bit. And if you're so ebay is now charging 7 to $8 to the buyer for the USPS ground advantage, which I wouldn't think would deter too many buyers from buying like a. An expensive card. But now you're as the seller having to pay sometimes upwards of six or more dollars, but definitely not any less than 560 per shipping label. And when it used to be for something you could manipulate, you could manipulate the ounces, you know what I mean, down to pay like 3 something, 4, 10 or 4. And that those margins add up when you're transacting at the level that we're transacting and when you're transacting at the level that our members@nooffseason.com and Hobby Flipper are transacting and many of our listeners are transacting at. So my L of the week is that these shipping fees have gone up by a dollar or more for USPS Ground Advantage. Now you could say, well, you know, Paul, you just said that ebay's charging the buyer more as well. Well, I think that's kind of an L2. I mean, it's, it's. And so now. And I'll just, I'll throw a hobby tip in there. I've said this before, but here's a little hobby tip. Ensure your. Your packages for what they're worth. Because, you know, I got a pretty smooth track record with usps. I had, knock on wood, I haven't had many shipping issues or receiving issues. But when you're, when you sell a $500 card and you pay $7 for a shipping label, you're not insured if that package is lost on the way to the recipient. Like you're. You're only insured for like a hundred bucks at that point. So you want to make sure that you and it. In most cases, it's going to be $11.11. 11, 11. Make a wish. I say that the package is going to get there, so ensure the package for what it's worth. And you know, you can do all this easily on ebay. But Yu-Gi-Oh my ELO the week is just that weird kind of USPS ground advantage price going up. So one-of-one Lefty, it's time to talk about some wins, brother. What do you. What do you got in the one-of-one category? So this is something we haven't talked about in a long time. And I had some extra time in my hands this week, and I was trying to reorganize my office, and I have a cabinet that's off the camera like to my right of my desk, and it has like all the stuff that from like 2020 that we bought. Basically all the bull crap, all the breaks I got in all the, like, stuff that doesn't really matter, all the bull crap. And I keep saying year over year, like, what am I going to do with that? I don't really want it. Da, da, da, da, da. And so last. Last weekend, I was like, I am getting rid of all these cards. I'm literally going to post the bulk on Facebook Marketplace or whatever and say, $100, come get it. I know it's not even worth that, but somebody's gonna be like, there could be a Mike Trout in there. And I know there's nothing, but I was like, okay, that's what I'm gonna do. And then I was like, you know what, Kendall? The smart thing actually is you haven't laid eyes on any of those cards in five years. You should probably have a look and then sell it. Don't be an idiot. And so I was like, okay. So I literally went through all of my cards, all of them. All my cards that I own, all of my binders, all of my everything. And I said, okay, I have a scanner from, like, helping people, like, sell bulk stuff. I've. I've had my scanner. I've used card scanner or card scanner pro or whatever before. So, like, here's what I'm gonna do. I have the stuff. I'm not gonna spend extra money on it, which is the key to this, but I'm gonna go through, and if there's a card worth more than a dollar, probably, I'm gonna scan it and see what happens. And then after all that, I'm gonna get rid of all my bulk cards. I'm not even gonna own one more bulk card. There's. So the $1 or more card. EBay auctions for this. Yu-Gi-Oh All right, Love it. So back to the shipping thing. Those now are 74 cents a piece to ship. Not like 40. Yu-Gi-Oh these 40 something. 78 cents a piece to ship. So it's almost double the cost. Doubled. So one-of-one so I had to adjust that today or yesterday. So I went in and I found all of those cards. I ended up coming out with just short of 500 cards out of 10,000 that I believe will sell for more than a dollar. You went through 10,000 cards? Yu-Gi-Oh Took me four hours. Nice. That's not that bad. Four hours. No, it's not. Well, some of my listings already have, like, 10 to $15 on them. I think this could be a pretty ridiculous one-of-one for me. Oh, bid wise. Yu-Gi-Oh bid wise. I think this could be a ridiculous amount of money that I bring in. Potentially. Sounds like it and so all the stuff was just sitting here. I'm probably going to make $50 or so on just the bulk of it, like some. But somebody's just going to come get them for 50 bucks or something like that. I'm sure I'm gonna post it for 100 and someone's gonna be like, what's your lowest? You know, and on an auction. I had somebody do that at an auction too. Sorry to interrupt you, but had an Otani card running an auction and they're giving me offers and I'm like. I reply back, just go, that happens to me all the time, actually. Bid is what I say all the time. That happens to me. They're like, would you take 250? The auctions at like six days left, and it's at a hundred dollars. And I'm like, no, you can bid up to 200 if you would like. Exactly. But. And then I will take 200 if no one else wants it. Yu-Gi-Oh if you one-of-one the card in the auction at 200, that pisses me off, dude. I get pissed off about that. But one-of-one so my one-of-one of the week is I. Or my one-of-one of the week is I think I went out and found 400 of $400 that's kind of just been sitting around. Love it. And potentially gonna hit an old cycle of selling dollar cards. And I haven't done that in a long time. I love that stuff way more than the stupid reels you were mentioning earlier where people are just like, I pulled this. Just pulled. No, hobby turd stinks more than the just pulled posts. Who gives a. No, no, no. I think you do. I think you do hate one worse than that. Is it. Is it an actual person that's a hobby turd or what? No, the hobby turds that you hate or when you. When people are like, if you had bought this card in 2020. In 2020, it would now be worth whatever money I do. Great. How is this helpful to anyone not helpful? And yes, you're absolutely right. I do hate those more. And I also think that most of them, if you dissect most of them, they're typically like out of five. Yu-Gi-Oh that's what I'm saying. It's like, not only is this not helpful for me, but I can't even replicate this. I can't even like, it's like, thank you. It wasn't ever a card that any of us could have ever even got because there's only five of them. Like, basically it's just a post telling you that Inflation happens. Yu-Gi-Oh exactly. If you, if you would have had £20 of silver in 1905, how much money would you have now? Like thanks, that's a great, great hobby Turd swirl. We're gonna have a hobby turd that we'll talk about later on in the show. But that's a great one-of-one Lefty. I think it's smart to do what you did and it's also great timing because of what we talked about in the opening of the show. I had a similar one-of-one I'll go quickly through my wins found, you know in my football card stack that I had in my to do list to list found Jeremiah Smith, Sports Illustrated for Kids base it's card 1196. It got a PSA6. You can see here in my Hobby Flipper flips and had no intention of this even selling. But I set a opening bid at 1999 and I was pumped when I got one bid. The card ended up selling for a little over 60 some dollars and I made $35.38 total net profit. So that's an 86.1 profit margin on the I didn't even think it was going to sell. So it's kind of like what you're talking about with your situation. Only in my situation it was only one card but still good, good margin there another one-of-one here in my Hobby Flipper flips. It was it's a Justin Herbert Contenders rookie ticket auto. Kind of a weird card that I one-of-one in an auction March 23, 2026. Why do I know the details? Because I use Hobby Flipper and I Frickin Love it. BGS95, bought it graded, didn't do anything with it. It just sat in my office. I did not bring it to the national because I knew it would be a situation where at any card show in the world you'd get the good old well let me look at the comps for this. And then they'd find your comp and then they'd offer you 70% of what you paid for it. You tell them to go screw themselves. I'm going to list that on ebay, which is what I did. Listed it on ebay in a Buy it now in the strategy we talked about. I love the pull through on the show of being like hey, we talked about this a few weeks ago with a strategy of how to start to look at selling your football cards this fall. Here's how I said now here's my results of that. Listed it in a Buy it now got an offer, accepted an offer at 1650 after listing it at night. 1999. 99. Good negotiation with a reasonable person. Those happen as well on ebay and sometimes we just don't talk about them as much, but they definitely happen. And total net profit after the shipping label where I insured it, probably 50 bucks to ensure that thing because it's a $1700 card. Total net profit of 2,8858. 21.07%. I'm happy with that. For basically doing nothing, Buying the card, having it sit on my desk and then selling it about six months later. Five, six months later. So, Yu-Gi-Oh I think I've had some crazy like flips recently too. But speaking of the Sports Illustrated for Kids, I can't. I can't believe I haven't brought this up by now. I finally cracked a code, Paul. I finally cracked a very frustrating and confusing code. You ready for this? I can't believe I've never brought this. I love when you crack codes. I'm ready. There's a seller that I found on ebay. And you know that I have a particular affinity to Sports Illustrated for Kids because it was like one of the first cards that I ever really like, continually Goldin wait for my magazine to come in. Yu-Gi-Oh And put them in my feeling. So I actually have like, in all the stuff I went through, I have some old Sports illustrator kids stuff that's still like, cool. one-of-one I was talking to a guy and I found a guy on ebay and he only sells Sports Illustrated for Kids cards. Guy that only sells Santa Claus yes cards. So he only sells Sports Illustrated for Kids cards. And I'm looking on his store and I'm like, oh, this is pretty cool. I pull it up and I'm like, how many cards this guy's selling? Like, there's a decent amount of cards here. I look and he's got like a thousand listings. I would say probably 80% of them are graded. And I'm like, okay, this shows me that he is finding out how to consistently get them slabbed by psa. Which is the problem that I'm finding most of the time is that we have sent our cards in and they say do not hold or whatever. Yu-Gi-Oh they're too small or something that size requirement or whatever. So I just reached out to the guy, I messaged him and I said, you look to have a pretty successful record of sending in Sports Illustrated for Kids cards that are getting graded. Yes, is. I have been trying to figure this out and haven't figured out a secret Sauce, lend me some of your ear. Like what is, what is the trick here? And he said the key is this was so good. I just like this is the information we needed from PSA 25 years ago. one-of-one he said put a regular size card down. If you put your Sports Illustrated for Kid card down and you can see any of the card underneath, then it is not met the size requirement. And I was like, interesting. So I had some like LeBron's that, remember I tried to send like those, the St. Patrick LeBron card in a lot and I was like three of them that were sitting here on my desk didn't get graded and two of them that I have in my vault did. So I put the, pulled those out and there was like this much. I mean it was like minuscule and it was just like there was like a freaking micro macro meter, you know, whatever the smallest measurement of time ever is or inches ever is. And it was like, okay, that doesn't meet the size requirement. I pulled out a Caleb Williams or a Sports Illustrated for Kids that I found yesterday in that box that, that's currently on my ebay. I pulled it out and it does fit so I could get that one graded. And, and he also said BGS will grade them whether they have a side require a size requirement or not, but it will be reflected in the grade that you get. So if it's smaller, it will actually come back as a worse grade, but they will still grade it. So that's interesting insight, especially if we ever have another card that needs to go like, you know, that would have been really good for our WIMBYs, you know, like if they weren't coming back graded well or something, you know, like I don't know if that ever is going to come back around, but it is still good data that this guy finally was able to give me. It'll definitely come back around and that, that is great insights for the audience and, and for us as well. So thank you for sharing that. I'm definitely excited to learn that. And, and again, another great reason why we're the best hobby podcast out there. Okay, quickly we got a few more wins to talk about. So Ty Simpson, my raw to grade NFL tops Now draft night cards. Auctioned them off, Talked about them last week. Auctioned them off. Buyers all paid. I did lose $41 on the PSA 8, but I did gain 72, 73. I'm just gonna round up $73 on the orange, $19 and $32 on the respectively on the PSA 10s I'm still holding the orange, which is cool. So the one-of-one so far is that total net profit on four of the five Ty Simpson cards. 82.44 so up 25%. Still holding the orange foil. 1 out of 25 PSA 10. So that is on my ebay account listed at a fifteen hundred dollar buy it now. And I don't have. I haven't had any stupid messages on that one yet, but hopefully I'll get some stupid messages. Rob W From the sports card rankings@noallseason.com Raw to grade one-of-one Beckett up a 1992 beam team Michael Jordan for 690 in late May. That card raw now is about 1500 dollars. So the beam team Jordan has like almost tripled in price raw since May. So Rob got it at a good time using the rankings. Paid a little strong but it was a pretty clean copy. Have wanted a beam team for a while. Sent to PSA at the regular tier all in cost 789. Received a grade email this morning and pulled an 8. So he's going to make a lot of money on that eight. That's a huge raw to grade one-of-one and that's why we've got cards like that in the rankings because you don't always need a PSA 10 to get a strong, strong profit on a lot of those cards, those Jordan cards and even Kobe's and LeBron's from, you know, wool. LeBron's wouldn't be from the 90s, but it'd be from the early 2000s and then the Jordans from the 90s, so. And then a holy shit one-of-one for our guy koa. This is. This. We talked about this a little bit already. Swirling the hobby turd, for those of you that don't know, just refers to the fact that I hate when stupid shit is posted on social media about the hobby with no value or misleading people. And I just like to talk about the fact that a lot of times content creators will swirl the same turd by just simply reposting somebody else's dumb post. So that's where we get the name of the segment. Here's my take on this. Now, I would say I'm not controversial. I don't try to create controversy. I don't believe in clickbaity stuff. But every once in a while I have a hot take on something that might rip someone the wrong way. You know, for example, I have a real out that where it's like questioning people who possibly, possibly use their kids as an excuse to rip wax because they think that it's a fun activity that their kids want to do and they think that they're bonding with their kids. But I'm kind of saying really, like, is it not better to teach your kids some fiscal responsibility and some financial smarts and maybe do something else like buying the right card for the right player at the right time? And then teach some patience and don't teach like this. Instant gratification. Get rich quick. Here's another one, Lefty. Now this. This could go either way. I could see where I'm gonna I obviously sports card investor who I have worked with very, very closely and I know all those people very, very well and they're great people and they do a great job on social media. I have nothing but great things to say about them. But I will question I will question this post and play contrarian in this edition of Swirling the Hobby Turd. So this Instagram post that was posted since our last episode, I'm not going to show it on my screen, but basically read it to you. Basically what happened was a dad resealed a pack so his son could pull an auto. A dad pulled an auto, then resealed the pack for his son to find. A dad and his 11 year old son, both new to collecting, grabbed a Costco box of 2026 to top series two. The dad opened a few packs by himself and had an autograph. His son hadn't pulled anything close to that yet. So his dad decided to carefully open a fresh pack, slid the auto inside and then heat sealed it back so you'd never know. He waited for his son to ask to open packs and then handed him that exact one. I really don't like this. Dude. I knew you were gonna. This screams anti Paul Hickey. I really hate this. I really really effing hate this for a few reasons. And now like I, I have the hindsight of having a 17 year old and a 15 year old and I'm not saying I wouldn't have done something like this when they were, when they were little. Eleven, I don't know, maybe like that's still very young. I mean 17 and 15 still young. Like they're really like children still. So like I get it, I get what this dad was trying to do. However, I think both the hobby knowledge I have my values in life and my values in the hobby and now my, my updated values as a parent of a two former 11 year olds and seeing now 17 and 15. I'm not going to question anyone's parenting but I will question this as a, as something that a, a parent should do. Which I guess is questioning parenting. So maybe I am questioning. Let me revise, revise my statement. I'm questioning parenting but I'm also questioning like why would you post this? Also I think it's dumb. I think it's, first of all it's, it's not realistic. You don't get, you get like one auto in a box like this and you're not getting, you're not hitting an auto in every pack. That, that's not real life. This, this is, this is creating a scenario that does not exist in real life. It's, it's. You don't. Your kid is not gonna pull a frickin auto. That's what pisses me off. Your kid is not gonna pull an auto. It's not going to happen. So sorry Sorry if this is making people upset out there. Your kid is not going to pull an auto unless you. Unless you buy a hobby box where you're with a guaranteed auto and you let your kid open every single freaking pack. Your kid's not going to pull an auto. You're not going to buy a blaster box. You're not going to. You're not going to get lucky. It's not going to happen. And even if you do get lucky, the card's not going to be worth anything. Yu-Gi-Oh don't create a moment for your kid to make your kid face adversity. Like, it's like, I guess what you said about the Gary Vee thing. You're gonna do five push ups and be a bodybuilder. You're not gonna open a pack and get an auto. I just. This is the kind of. That I see on social media in the hobby all the time. That pisses me off. Yu-Gi-Oh Lefty, I'll stop ranting. What do you think? I mean, am I off on this one? I just. I hate this. The one caveat here that I'm not sure if the Instagram post is explicitly clear on is it sounds like this guy's box was gonna have an auto in it either way. And he was the one who pulled the auto. And he was like, I wanted my son to open the one with the autograph so he didn't place a different autograph in it. You know what I'm saying? So it's like, true. Okay. At first I did think that that's what happened. So you're right. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh At first that's how I read it too. Like, oh, my. My kid didn't get an auto. I'm gonna go pull one from my stash, open it, see, and then give it to him. Yu-Gi-Oh I would really hate that. That. Yu-Gi-Oh because. Because then I. Then, then I'm even more pissed about what you're talking about. Like, un. Just not giving your kid an accurate representation of what life is going to freaking F him up on. You know what I'm saying? Like that we can't. We can't shelter our kids. And this is coming from 2Dads, by the way. You know, so it's like, I don't have an 11 year old, but I also don't want to shelter my kid from. From the world that's out there. You bought mary a freaking LeBron James, Topps, Chrome, if I remember correctly. That's an actual. Now you can sit her down someday and you can be like, this is why I did this for you. This made fiscal sense, by the way. Sold it when it went up a thousand dollars and bought some. Some different cards. So there you go. Okay. But one-of-one so what I'm saying is I think that is a little more acceptable because you're like, this is the experience that I wanted to have with us. He. I actually accidentally, like, just. I think he should have let the kid rip the whole thing, you know, like that's. You could have started there. But let me, let me add to a different point. During Fanatics Fest, there was a. There was a. Videos obviously that were coming out all the time, but different content creators that are there at the studio together. So there was a guy who did this similar thing and put some like ridiculous cards in packs, sealed them up, and then walked the show Fleer and was like, hey, we're giving away packs. Like, blah, blah, blah, you two kids, like, you look like a kid. And he handed the kid and he would open a pack that would just be like something ridiculous. And I was like, cool sentiment. Horrific. Horrific for the hobby. Hate that. I hate. Because like, that is truly what I don't like about it. There was never an auto in that pack. You're opening it, inserting a card that was not in there and creating an unmet expectation in the future for this kid. And he's gonna, even, even if he doesn't expect that in the future, you are creating a, a story that he's going to tell what he thinks is the truth of the moment. Oh, man, I got the. I was just walking the show Fleer This guy gave me a free pack and ended up having the best card I've ever pulled in it. Later on, when he's 15 years old, he sees the reel and he's like, oh, this has all been fabricated for that other guy to make, to make view counts. Like, I just, that's just a. I don't know. I kind of get. I get where they're going, but I hate it at the same time. No, I, I don't even get where they're going. I think they're not even thinking about anything other than creating content in the moment that's going to be amplified on social media, which is the essence of the swirling of the hobby Turd segment. So I'm so glad you brought. Brought up this story because all these people are thinking about is promoting Fanatics Fest or promoting Fanatics or promoting the hobby, and they're thinking about all of those things at all costs and they're thinking, how can we Create a reel on Instagram and TikTok. That's going to get amplified because of its, its shock value. Yes. And it's not real life. You might as well create an Yu-Gi-Oh video that's just completely fake in, in, in that case, because there's no, there's nothing real about that. The only, the only cool thing is that a kid got cards that are worth a lot of money. But there's. There's nothing realistic about that scenario. And I totally agree with you. It does nothing but damage in the long run. And same thing. Same thing with this dad putting an auto back into a pack for his kid to pull it. It didn't happen. The dad fabricated a situation for his kid to pull it off. To me, they're kind of. Yes, Your example of Fanatics fest is way worse. Yu-Gi-Oh I totally agree. But to me, they're. They're so similar that they're almost the same thing. Because you're creating a situation that does not exist in the hobby. It's not real. And then you're creating expectations not only to that kid, but to everyone that sees that social media post. So you're amplifying. It's like the good thing about doing really good charity work and having, having media coverage for it is that the media coverage for the charity work gives the awareness to the rest of the world that sees that media coverage that you can do that cool charity work. Well, this is the opposite effect. This is like this fake scenario doesn't ever exist. It doesn't happen. It's not real. But let's amplify it to a bunch of people who now think it's real. So I really don't like that. And I'm not the only one. So here's, there's, here's some of the comments on this post. Participation trophy. Let the kid learn to go through pack after pack to get an auto. Can we tone it down with the emotional emojis and melody background music? Torn between father creating a belief that the hobby is good to us and his kid also messing with the card. It just like promotes ripping. That's like not even real. And that's like a bunch of shit about participation trophies. I just. And it's like the other thing that I realized while I was reading it to you is that. Can we talk about a dude heat sealing a pack? That. That's not really good either. Just. I know that happens, but still, like, not cool. Not cool. All right. It has been 70 business days since I sent my Fernando Mendoza cards to sgc. And guess what? They still are only in received. It's horrible. SGC has shit the bed and not told anyone anything. And I'm. I'm exposing them, exposing them on this show right now. It's ridiculous. SGC told no one that they were going to 75 plus business days. Now we got the stupid plus which we don't know what that means. And now I'm with. I'm with Lefty on that. That's ridiculous. But my submission details, I'm looking at it right now. I'm looking at it. It says turnaround time 40 to 50 days. Horrible. What's going on with SGC? I mean, I know, I know collectors owns. SGC has owned SGC for quite some time. For those of you that don't know, collectors is PSA. I mean, it's the PSA's parent company. But this is ridiculous. How does Collectors. What the. You do the value shutdown tell us all that they're making all these investments and stuff and then elongate the value. Elongate the psa. The regular turnaround times at psa, increase the pricing, not say anything about this SGC situation. Meanwhile, we're all going, oh, we'll just send them to sgc. Now they're stuck at SGC and they're not saying anything because you can still submit at the value submission level at SGC. Beware 75 plus business days. Lefty. Okay, Select. My haters are raw from that. You hate Select. So lefty here is his. There's three cards. Select concourse red crack dice 87. This according to hobby flipper is a raw to grade. Go for PSA at a 32.25% projected ROI based on its gem rate and its raw to grade upside. What do you think its PSA gem rate is? Oh, geez. I'm just gonna make you guess the PSA gem. Right? The PSA gym rate on this card. Did you say the print run? No. Is a red, just not a numbered print run. It's like a fairly common card. This red Cracked Ice. It's like. I mean it's so you can see kind of how it's sold. You know, I'm gonna guess multiple times in the last 43% gym rate. 43 gem rate would actually be a pretty good gem rate. So to give everybody, to give everybody like the, the, the baseline here, like a good gem rate according to Hobby flipper is, is. Yu-Gi-Oh 40, 40 to 50% is like a high gem rate. This Card's gem rate. Lefty, as much as you may hate it, we care more about the data and the earnings than the design of the card. Am I going to be, I'm going to be buying these cards? Am I going to be out here buying these cards now? You might, because the PSA gem rate on this card is 80.7. Oh Yu-Gi-Oh exactly. Mamacita, Mamacita bonita. Okay, now let's go to another select. I don't hate this one. This one's a little more clear. So this is called the Victor Women Yama Select Concourse. Green, white, purple. Another fairly common card, sells very often. It's got a go for PSA according to hobby flipper of 21.91 ROI percent ROI. And relatively, I mean, by the way, like the first card is like 149 raw. This is only $54 raw. But it's still got a go for PSA. PSA 10 average sale price in the last 30 days of 253. Okay, what do you think the PSA gem rate of this card is again? We, we, we said a good, fairly good gem rate is right around that 45 to 55%. Well, for the sake of the exercise, I would have been around or at around 50% gym rate on all my guesses, but I now know that it's going to be absurdly high and I'm going to have to say mamacita again. I, I'm just going to assume that it's somewhere between 80 and 100%, even though I think this is absurd. So just tell me it's 63.2%. Oh, okay. That's a little more manageable, but still pretty good for cheap. Dude, it's pretty good. I mean, and you know, when you think of this now, this isn't always the case, but based on the sale price and the amount of sales, this one probably gets graded more often. What? Yu-Gi-Oh that's a good point. That is a great point. The great added piece of data is how many graded options are there? And you know, we don't have that readily segment. But is this a live page or is this a screen? Yu-Gi-Oh these are live. You can go to Hobby Flipper and you can see all this right now. Like what I'm saying is, did you pull a screenshot from, from your work you did previously or is this like a live actionable page? This is actionable in the browser right now. Okay. So can you, can you go to the second one? Just entertain me for a second. Yu-Gi-Oh Can you add PSA9 on this. Of course, in Hobby favorite. This is my favorite thing to do with Hobby Flipper, by the way. Okay, look at this, Paul. This is a 60 gem rate and it's still a thumbs up on a PSA9. What I'm saying is like good. Yu-Gi-Oh The Last sale price, $115. If you're really losing on a, on a PSA9. That's what I'm saying, bro. Just freaking. The odds are already good and you're breaking even on a PSA 9. I'm telling you right now, this card right now is not going to be findable at $54 because I will have bought them all. There you go. All right. Everybody needs to try to beat Lefty to these cards. Why do you hate this card? Dude, I don't even know at this point. I don't even know why I hate select so much. I just think I look at it and I'm like, Yu-Gi-Oh I think that's what I like. I, I, maybe they're too dark. Maybe that's why I don't like them. I think maybe that has a play into it, is like I, I think dark in person. I also think when you scan them like this looks like a scanned picture. Yu-Gi-Oh Whoever sourced this photo to Hobby Flipper, I think this is a scanned picture and I think that makes even worse looking select cards. But I don't know, they just look the same. They look boring, they look confusing and they look dark and it's just like, I'm just not in. I'm gonna guess this is 75% gem rate. That's pretty close. It's 84.6% within 10. I'll count that as a one-of-one Still incredible. This is why the gems in the rough segment is like a great segment because people don't think that you can particular cards and what we're doing and make money off of them for all their weird reasons that they concoct in their heads not to do something. And we're the people that are like, no, don't pay attention to your own little weird narrative that you're coming up with. Don't listen to the stupid dealer at the card show that's just babbling a bunch of nonsense. Get the real data. Do the research. Hobby Flipper no offseason.com help you do all of this. Gems in the Rough 84.6% PSA 79.7% BGS which is weird, by the way. Most gem rates are higher at BGS because there's not as much. Because a nine. Five counts, right? Yu-Gi-Oh because a nine. Five counts. So there's the grading scale. There's not. There's more margin for error with BGS SGC gem rate 74.9 and CGC 84.2. So these are cards that just have extremely high gem rates at all four of the major grading companies. Those are our gems in the rough. We got some Hobby Flipper improvements this week. There's. I mean there's just tons of Hobby Flipper improvements being worked on every day. One pretty simple request from the user base and we communicate with our Discord members about this. Somebody said, is there any way to get the ability to sort the columns in the portfolio by ROI percentage? So now all of the columns in the portfolio are sortable. This was a great request again from the community. And then I think an even better improvement is now in the portfolio. Lefty, check this out. You'll like this. So now in your. Well, I'm going to go to my other. This is my admin account, which is not real. This is my actual user account here. Okay. So now in the portfolio or and the flips, like we'll do it in the flips because it just more relevant. But you can do it in the portfolio. Also, if I wanted to see like all Kobe Bryant PSA 9 to BGS 9. Five plays, now there's a filter for that. So you can go search Kobe Bryant and then go original grade PSA 9 and grade BGS 9.5. So you can see, okay, when I got a BGS 95, here's how much I've made so far. 1692, 51. Or you could just go original grade. But I think what's more realistic is just check all the BGS grades and then you can kind of see your success rate for everything. So I'm just going to check everything BGS 7 through 9 5. So now this gives you like, a real overview of when I've done the Kobe Bryant PSA 9 to BGS play. Here's like all of the results. So you've got. I've got seven cards back, and in total I've got three nines and four nine fives. Pretty darn good success rate there. I've made a total of $1725.97. That's a 95.29 profit. And when people ask me how they should reinvest their sports card profits, this is one of my top suggestions for this reason. But you could also do, like, you could clear out Bryant, right? And then when you clear out Bryant, you can see, like, how have you done on all of your PSA 9 to BGS plays, right? So you got to clear that out and then it's going to give you all of your results. And so that is another Hobby Flipper improvement. We want to just continuously get better at tracking all this data, and eventually we're going to have the ability to pull the data from everyone's portfolio and publish it across the board as a overall success rate for all these different plays throughout Hobby Flipper, Tyler V is a premium member. You laughed at the name of this segment last week so I decided to just keep it as a segment for this week. It's called Risky and Rewardy. Rewardy. So Risky and Rewardy is now an ongoing segment on the sports card strategy show based on lefties. Love of the word that I made up last week last week. Rewardy. And I think there's a couple different there's a couple different things about this particular card that I'm about to talk about. There's actually two cards that I'm about to talk about for the same athlete and I think it, they're, they're risky and rewardy. This card right here is Steph Curry Panini Base 307 from 2009. In PSA 10 it is currently the number 8 graded card in our sports card rankings. At no offseason.com raw to grade it's currently number 72. So there's a couple different ways to make quite a bit of money on this card. The reason why I think it's risky in PSA 10 is because the buy in price is going to be around $2,350 ish, possibly more because it's gone up 54%. The average in the last 90 days is 1881. So it, it but it is still ranking as the number eight graded card because if our formula projects that it's going to continue to go up towards basketball season based on historical data in our formula. So I think it's very risky but it's also very rewardy. Now another card that fits the same situation is way more expensive. BGS Topps gold Steph Curry. This is from 2009, but it's also serial numbered out of 2009 card 321. It's re grade number two in Nooffseason.com sports card rankings. Now according to Hobby Flipper the rewardy part is a potential seventy thousand eight hundred twenty five dollar one-of-one if you are ballsy enough to buy this card for around its nine thousand dollar price point. The last sale was June 4th so it's not going to be easy to find in a BGS 95. So that's why I say around $9,000 because the last sale was 8,700. But in PSA 10 it's a $91,500 card. This is just kind of fun to talk about. On the sports card strategy show Regrade number two in the rankings. So the numbers pan out to a potential $71,000 one-of-one and only, only a $254 loss. So it's pretty rewardy. The risk, the risk is obviously the buy in point and you know do you get, do you get a BGS 95 that you're gonna crack safely get it over to a PSA 10 but if you do that's a pretty damn big rewardy. That's actually not even a risky, it's not even that risky. If you have ten grand. If you are in the position to be able to have ten grand and be able to move it at one time which we talked about the other day, that can't be your entire portfolio. I think if you're making this play you've got to have at least a two hundred thousand dollar portfolio. I would just, I would want that, I would want this to be a 5% play at most. Yep, that's a great call. This is a good. For that, for that not demographic but for that like sort of category of sports card investor. I think it, this, this is a play where somebody comes to you and is like because this has happened to Lefty and I both, somebody with high net worth individual comes and says hey I want to give you X amount of thousands of dollars to invest. This would be a play I would look at making for that person. Yu-Gi-Oh Now the problem would be you know like, like he said trying to find one. But even if you go all time data on this, the last PSA 9, if you, if you don't go off of just last sale on PSA 9, the previous one before that was 18 grand. Yu-Gi-Oh that's you see what I'm saying? Yu-Gi-Oh So I mean like it has the potential to be Even this has a no brainer potential to it if you have ten grand to blow. That's a good point. I mean. Yu-Gi-Oh because. Because if you're selling this card and someone's like, Yu-Gi-Oh Last comp is 9,800, I'll give you 9,000. Be like, okay, cool. Yu-Gi-Oh But the only one before that was sold in February 2, 2005. The other 12 that were above that PSA nines were 12 grand, 14 grand, 15 grand, 17 grand, 15 grand, 18 grand, 19 grand. 19 grand, 18 grand. This, this is rewarding. You're absolutely right. That's a great call. Lefty just was on Hobby Flipper, went to the all time boom, 18 grand. The one before that, 19 grand. The one before that, 16 before that 17. So Yu-Gi-Oh this, this 9800 on March 12th. First off, that's a steal. And we're from that person. We're talking about. Yu-Gi-Oh we're talking. Exactly. So we're talking about the downside, the potential loss that that's a huge. That's still a one-of-one Basically. A rewardy, rewardy, not a risky reward. It is a very rewardy and rewardy. The best time to list this card which another thing I love about Hobby Flipper is we're getting all this data now that we've never had before and we and, and we've known and we are data driven sports cards. We're all data driven. The only opinion we talk about is swirling the hobby turd. Everything else is all data driven. Shohei Otani Tops Update Rookie debut. When I was looking at this card, would you say this was driven by data? Would you? Designed by driven data. Absolutely. Giving you a little softball there. It's it's, it's definitely designed by data that's been driven directly to my front doorstep or I'm so driven that I go find the data. Well, either way, both. This, you know, it's everything. No, no, to the, to the DBA that you're, that you're under. So, so the, the point of this segment is to look at a particular card every week and say, gosh, that's the best time to list this card. It's based on when sales have happened on ebay compared, you know, when the top sales have happened on ebay compared to all sales. So the reason I bring up this particular card and the discussion is we've talked at length about like, when is it the best time to buy. Sorry, when is it the best time to end your auctions on ebay? Just in general. And we're. As we get more data on Hobby Flipper, we're building out the sales timing feature. So more on that. But on each card details page at Hobby Flipper, you can see when the top auctions have ended from a total sales standpoint, like a total sales price standpoint for each individual card. What's interesting about this Shohei Ohtani card is that, and I'll just word it this way, if you wanted to make the most money in auctioning off this card, you would have ended your auction at noon central time on a Monday. And that is not ever something that we ever would have imagined being the results. The data of, of that particular. Of any, of any card. We, in fact, we would have said never end an auction during, I would say between 10am and 4.5pm ever on any day. But here you have the top sales results of this particular card happening at noon central time on a Monday on Mondays and at 2pm Central Time on Mondays. Now you also obviously you have a 66% increase on Mondays at 7pm Central Time. You have 64% increase on Tuesdays at 9pm you have other times that make a little bit more sense to end this type of auction for this card. But now that's the data. Now do I really care what the why is not really in these scenarios. I mean the data is real. Like it's being pulled directly from actual validated ebay sales. If I had to sort of give a reason why I would think this, this particular card versus other cards. Because if you go to the sale timing on Hobby Flipper, you certainly get major differences, right? Like the number one time to end your auction. Well, you get it. I don't know if this is the number one time. But you get a 55% increase from your average sale when your auction ends at 2am Central Time on Mondays, which is actually midnight Pacific time. Right. You get an 89% increase versus your average auction end time Thursdays at 6pm Central Time. So you get, you get some other variants that makes a little bit more sense in the last 90 days. Days. If I had to guess the why on this one, Lefty, it could be that actually what these times are are 8pm 10pm in Europe. They're like what time is it in Japan? Japan noon Central is. Hopefully this will. Japan is 14 hours ahead. So that's 2am in Japan. So you got. So basically, does this indicate a lot of buyers potentially outside of. Or just. Yu-Gi-Oh I mean because. Or I mean maybe, maybe more people are just taking their lunch break in the US and just bidding. More people just. What do you call it? Stinker Tinker time, dude. Stinker Tinker. I mean but this is really interesting because it's, it's flipping on its head completely upside down. What we've always looked at as the top time to end your auctions. Now we're starting to see these different times and you know, the prices are higher than ever. So it's very interesting. Tyler C. Says, love the new Hobby Flipper portfolio and Sell Alerts feature. Aaron Judge PSA 10. That's a good card. 2018 tops Allen and Ginter Shohei PSA 10. Okay, side A receives 14 solid cards. Yu-Gi-Oh Side B receives one card. 2000 Bowman Chrome, Tom Brady PSA 9. So I'm gonna get. I want you. I want you to say what side you would rather be on after maybe talking this out a little bit. And then I'll tell you what the discord said. What year is The Tom Brady? 2000. 2000. It's his rookie and it's the PSA 9. The base 236. Yes. Oh, dude. I just. It. I know that Brady's market is down a lot right now in comparison to. Well, okay, it's not down a lot. What I'm saying is it is coming down while the rest of like the goats are going up. I've actually been doing a lot of like, research on cards around this area. Like the Brady type goats. Whatever. I haven't pulled trigger on a lot of this stuff, but if you look at Brady's market, it's not following the rest of the goats, like, market boom right now. Which is what we talked about earlier with like Peyton Manning and Shaquille o' Neal and the guys that are like. Or like secondary goats are all kind of like having money go into them. Brady is having like kind of some drops in prices right now. And so a guy I follow the other today, I was watching a video of his and he was just like, hey, Brady's pretty good spot to put money right now. If you're afraid of the market about to pop because he's like. Because his money, your money can go further there and it's stuff still pretty good. So I'm taking this into that, like, I'm taking that data into this, into this ask. And yet still with that card that's currently evaluated at $7,000 according to the screen and hobby, down from 7.78.84 in the last, last 60 days. To your point, I cannot fathom how those 14 cards are not more than $7,000. Because I know some of those cards, some of those cards are cards that I want in my portfolio. And I know some of the comps arranges for those cards. Side A is having, I would think, more value. So I'm going to take side A because I love Brady. But give me Shohei Judge. I mean the. I think the worst cards in that side A are the CJ Stroud cards, which could sell for pretty good later in the season if he does anything on a Houston Texans team. It's going to be fairly competitive. Like, give me Josh Allen, give me Shohei, give me lamar, give me LeBron. Oh, by the way, four PSA 10 silver CJ Strouds. Give me those. Yu-Gi-Oh I think we gotta comp these out. I think this, I think this is a gross overpay by somebody with Brady. It could be. So the, the cr. The LeBron. I'm looking up the. So let's see. I gotta toggle back and forth here. So we have SGC8 LeBron. Okay, the SGC8 LeBron. I'll. I'll add them up. You just give me the, the values. Okay. SGC8 LeBron is. That's a two thousand dollar card. I mean then you've got a BGS8 LeBron, probably 25. That's a $3200 card. You're already pretty close. You got. Let's do Josh Allen Optic PSA 10. That's like 300 bucks. Josh Allen. Yu-Gi-Oh See now you're gonna get into a lot of the hundred. So Josh Allen Optic PSA 10. Oh, it's like, it's actually like a 800 card. So what are we at now? Maybe I sold the Donruss We're currently at $6,000. Okay. The Shohei is together. Let's just say that's going to be over a thousand dollars. Those two shohes. The judge is 500. So if we add another 2500, what are we at? 7500. Okay. And then we still have this four CJ Strouds, which I'm assuming are 500. Yu-Gi-Oh I think they're. Let's just, let's do that. I think you're right, but let's just do that. So CJ Stroud, this is all being looked up on Hobby Flipper, by the way. Silver. Yu-Gi-Oh they're 420. So that's 12. That's $1600. So what's 6? What are we at with 1600 added to it? Plus 1600. Yu-Gi-Oh $9100. Yu-Gi-Oh And then we still have another Shohei Allen and Ginter optic PSA 9. And this HGA 8.5. Oh, Yu-Gi-Oh we didn't do the 8.5, which is going to be similar to the SGC 8. This is a big. This is a ridiculous. When was this? This was July 28th. So Brady's Market was at its peak at that point still. But now this looks real bad. Yep. Interesting. Yu-Gi-Oh A side A comps much higher. So that's interesting. But that's a good. That's a great question from Peter M. And I think even so, I will make a. I think you kind of already made an interesting case for side B. And I'll just add to that in that now you're clearly saying side A. I'm not saying that you're saying side B, but Brady's market is a good one to buy into right now. Yu-Gi-Oh So with that being said, even if you took side B there, you could be in a much better situation four to six months from now potentially than side A. I think LeBron is holding up side A big time, and I think LeBron's pricing will come down over the next three to four months. I also think you could see some of those Josh Allen cards, you could definitely see some of those C.J. stroud cards coming down. And I think when you. I think that the argument for side B is that you have an asset that probably isn't going to go down from where it is now. There's. There's a good chance just based on all of the data that we know historically and things that could happen with Tom Brady's market over time just steadily going up.
