Why does a card sit relatively unnoticed for years and then suddenly explode? And more importantly, can you spot it before everybody else does? In Part 3 of our Sports Cards Live conversation, Jeff Hart joins Jeremy Lee and David Chase to explore the idea of a card having its "moment."
