I'm here as always with my brother Danny Tancredi. Let's do some housekeeping. Before we get into question of the week this week make sure to follow us on social media. We're on Twitter at Card found pod on Instagram at Card Foundation Podcast. Follow us on Tik Tok. Tik Tock. Not Tic Tac. Tik Tock at Car foundation podcast. Danny's been working hard over there making some great videos, great clips, trying to get viral, trying to spread the word of wrestling cards over on Tik Tok. So if you're on Tik Tok, give us a follow over there. Instagram, X, all that good stuff. Make sure to download our podcast each week on Apple. Podcast, Spotify, Google, Amazon, wherever you get your favorite podcasts. If you can please leave a five star review. I don't. Let me see if I can check it quick. I'm trying to charge my phone and it's just in a really inconvenient spot but I could see if I could pull it up. Did we get a review last week? We are still Same on Spotify 4.2. No we didn't. Yeah, nothing new. All right, nothing new on Apple either. So if you can leave us a five star review, definitely helps in promoting the show and and spreading the word and having us grow within the algorithm. Make sure to if you want to Support us. Join us on patreon we're on patreon.com forward/card Foundation Pod. We have a Facebook group which is exclusive to the Patreon members. We put out the episodes early and ad free every week. It's the fastest way to get the show. Typically when we record Danny has it up on Patreon within a day or so versus the, you know, the Apple podcast Spotify way where you're gonna get the show probably closer to a week later. So if you want to stay up to date with the latest stuff and you don't want to miss, you know, pertinent information and hobby news, I would say join the Patreon so you get the episode faster and ad free and then you can also interact with us. To me, it's still one of the better groups that we've had. We've been going strong with the same, you know, solid group of people for the last four years or so. So come join the community. And that's patreon.com/forward/card Foundation Podcast. And then last but not least, pro wrestlingtease.com forward/card Foundation Pod. We got some shirts up there. We got, Danny's got a shirt, I got a shirt. We got some logo shirts. People still has his P Bear. Still has his. So yeah, you know, the deal with pro wrestling tees, head over there and order a shirt. Cool. So let's get into a question of the week, which was submitted by our friend and Patreon member, Dwayne D. Beck. So again, one of the perks of the Patreon group is that you can submit questions, they will make it to the show, you could submit your purchases and that'll make it to the show. So we also do a live show once a month with the Patreon members interacting and you kind of become part of the show as we're recording it. So those are just again, a couple of the perks of, of joining the Patreon. So Dwayne asks, and this is something that we kind of touched on last week, but I figured it would be fun to reiterate it with no one getting PSA stuff back ever. And now the service is suspended. Following the logic of supply and demand, should existing PSA slabs go up in value? My initial is no. And the reason is because again, for supplying demand in my head, it depends on the athlete. You know, we see in wrestling cards. For example, I, I actually posted on our Tik Tok and our Instagram maybe a few weeks ago, Roman Reigns's 2013 rookie card, that card has a pop count of a PSA 10 less than like 165 copies in the world. That card is already, you know, really low populated. So the, the demand of that card should be on the higher scale being that it's Roman Reigns, being it's a rookie card, being it's a PSA 10. It doesn't seem like that's a card over the last, you know, 13 years of that card in existence that a lot of people are looking to grade it. So ultimately when you think about it, just because there's a minor shutdown for, I would say that the shutdown is probably going to last for the next three, four, five months. People have to also remember PSA is still actively grading cards and getting them back to people. So although there's new submissions not coming in as frequently, you know, because they suspended the value level, submissions are still being returned to people that were sent two, three, four, five, six months ago. So that's something to ultimately consider. So that's why, you know, I don't believe that the pricing is going up. I'll push back a little bit on that and I, I'll give you, I'll give an example. First, let me one for the working man. Are you really cracking a Steve? Johnny's a D.C. guy. Those I Coke. Yeah. So I'm sitting here recording with you, watching nxt, watching this Kendall Gray match right now, and I get the urge to, you know what, I'm gonna, I'm gonna go on and I wanna, I wanna pick up a card of hers, but I want to be graded. It's a rookie. Maybe I got a tops Chrome. You know something I could put away a little investment piece, but typically in the way I collect, I would go on. I try to buy the cleanest looking copy on ebay that I could find, get it in, clean it, inspect it and then send it out to PSA and grade it myself. If I get a nine, I got a nine. But I always like to take the chance on a 10. Well, now I can't do that because I don't want that card back in a year from now. And I don't want to spend, and I don't want to spend $40 to grade it. And I don't have 49 cards that I want to grade more than 80. Right? So now what I'm forced to do is I'm forced to look and see what's already been graded and try to pick one of those up. Now if I'm a dealer, you know, I may put a little 10 between 10 and 20 bump on some of those cards. You know, thinking that maybe now that you know that isn't a, a real possibility right now, the buy raw to sell, to grade, to sell or flip. I'm gonna do a little bit, little bump up on my graded copy because it's going to be a lot harder for people to get those especially right away. Okay. So I'm gonna rebuttal that but also agree with you in the sense that I, I would agree that whatever's out there, if someone gets hot fast, yes, that should probably drive the price up. But again we see that all the time in other sports. Will that happen for wrestling? Like you took a Kendall Gray card, now you bought it, you're saying, all right, I'm gonna wait, I'll wait the four or five months for PSA to open back up, then I'm gonna send it in and it's gonna be another four months to get back. I don't think that's gonna change that card. You know, ultimately being sky high when it gets graded and back in the hand because of supply and demand, I think that it affects other sports. And a key point here would be what we see in the NBA right now with someone like a Dylan Harper. Dylan Harper's tops chrome orange auto rookie went from a two thousand dollar card to now an eight thousand dollar card because of this championship run. You don't get that in wrestling, you get that in other sports. So yes, if a player in a sport that's currently active with the shutdown gets hot right now, yeah, I can see that card exploding because there's no new copies of a lot of the cards that are coming back out because of grading. A lot of stuff may be sitting at psa. So a Dylan Harper collector might be saying Jesus Christ, I need that card now. But they're not gonna get it for another two, three months and then at that point the market is going to fluctuate another time. Like if the spurs lose the finals, if Dylan Harper has another bad game or two, it's gonna, you know, go up in them. So you know, wrestling, it's not going to matter. Maybe in, in real sports it would, but again too like, I also don't know if that necessarily affects the collector as much. I think it affects the, the dealers, the flippers. Yeah, because you know, we know a lot of what was that. Collectors don't care. They just want the party. They can just wait and they could, you know, send things in at their leisure or pick Stuff up when it cools down a bit. I think this directly affects the, you know, the dealers that buy Raw to grades and flip, and I think it affects the dealers that buy graded because, like you said, you know, a little bit less in wrestling, but, you know, in other sports, some people get hot and you want to jump on it while, you know, things are as low as they can be in order to flip them at a higher value. Well, I'm not buying as much raw to do that with now as a dealer, you know, say I was a dealer or whatever because. Because I, I can't get this stuff fast enough, you know, so if I'm. It's now June. You know, you're. If you're. You're basically. Well, now it's shut down, but you're basically anything that was sent in before the shutdown, you're getting back in 20, 27. So there goes baseball playoffs, there goes the starter necessarily. I, I have, I just got cards over to PSA that are now checked and entered into their system. They're telling me August, September. I'm sorry, September, October. Okay, so it's June 9th. That's got the rest of June, August. We got about three to four months maybe. So realistically, if I sent football in now, I should get cards even if they. They are late, just in time for heading into like week 15, 16 towards the playoffs, if you're lucky. I think I should be okay. I think they're gonna, they're gonna crack down. I mean, they haven't updated. Well, did you see the news about the PSA backlog that they updated? No. So they actually installed, I believe on their website a live tracker of where they're currently at with the backlog. So it says 14 million. And then that number is going to ultimately change either by the day or by the week or by the month to reflect how much they're catching up. 14 million. Well, they got record submissions because of them announcing the shutdown. Right. A value submission. And again, I'm still going to send in cards at that 80 mark. If you have a card that's 400 and up, depending on how you get it to, like, think about if I'm in a break and I get a Kenzel gray auto to 10, that card already as it is, is worth several hundreds of dollars. I'm gonna send it at an 80. Screw it, because even if it gets a 9, if I got that card at a 20, 30, 40 spot and, and put 80 into the grading, I'm still gonna make money with intentions to sell, though. Of course. Yeah, you're not doing that. If you hit a. If you're a PC person only, you should not be grading anything. Right? Yeah. If you hit a tiffy gpk, you're not grading that night right now, maybe. All right, like a tiffy order in a 99, right? Yeah. You'll grade that in a year from now. Yeah. Or yeah, even if I want to. You know, obviously, you know, it's all predicated on the, the athlete and the in the card. But yeah, I don't think this is going to deter people. I mean, if you pull a big LeBron, big WEMBY, big Otani, of course, you know, even in wrestling, if you're a die hard grader, you pull a big Roman, you pull a big, you know, female name, you're gonna find a way to grade that card. Because ultimately too, at the end of it, what's really the difference between the. The 25, 30 bucks, it is ascend versus the 85.90, you know, with shipping and all that. Oh, you gotta bake it into your, you know, cost. Oh, yeah, it's a, it's a 60, 70 increase. But for a car that's 6, 7, 800, that really doesn't matter. I mean, especially if you got a dime, you get that diamond, it comes back and all of a sudden, you know, maybe like, you know, Dwayne alluded to maybe a car does go up in value, you're gonna make your money. It was a very long winded answer for Dwayne, but I hope we're able to answer it the best way we can. Again, shout out to Dwayne for the question. Shout out to all the Patreon members. If, again, if you have a question, you're a Patreon member, you want to submit that to be part of the show, let us know. And if you want to have the ability to send in questions via the Facebook group or a message, then join the Patreon. So that being said, let's get into this week in wrestling and Cards, do a little brief update on what's been going on within wrestling. Just because the last, I guess, like two weeks or so, we really haven't touched on much. So I'll kind of run through just like the biggest stuff that has happened in WWE and then. Awesome. So yesterday on Raw, full disclosure, we're recording. On Tuesday the 9th, Javon Evans defeated Seth Rollins, Ricky Saints and Talatanga to win the quarterfinal King of the ring match. The Shield kind of not the Shield Division, screwed with Seth and and cost him the match. So that hasn't. That whole storyline hasn't stopped. Liv Morgan also defeated Becky Lynch, Chelsea Green and Alexa Bliss in the Queen of the Ring quarterfinal match. I don't really understand why Liv is in this, being the champion. But yeah, I. I don't know. I guess she'll give herself a rematch then. I guess if she wins. Oh, I have had no luck lately. Wait. Lady Luck Britsky. I got you. I've had so much luck on spinquest.com they have all of my favorite games. Spin slot games, live blackjack craps and bubble craps. You can even get a $30 coin pack for just 10 bucks. 10 bucks for 30. I'm headed over to spinquest.com right now. Spinquest is a free to play social casino void where prohibited. Visit spinquest.com for more details. And Penta defeated Rey Mysterio to retain the IC title. So now last week's SmackDown, Cody and Gunther agreed to a rematch stateside. Once they get back from Europe, they're going to figure that out. Probably. SummerSlam, if I had a guess. Or maybe sooner. Also, Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bailey, JC Jane and Keanu James in the Queen of the Ring quarterfinal match. And Dom Mysterio defeated Damian Priest, Bron Breaker and Trick Williams in their King of the Ring quarterfinal match. What do you think? What's going on with WWE right now? Mean, it's all right. No, it's. I mean, actually, there's been some banger matches on TV lately. Like the. The Penta or. Yeah, the Javon Evans, Rollins, Ricky Saints. That was a good one. Yeah, no, everything's in Its normal. L. Right now, I don't think anything's crazy is going on in either promotion. I haven't watched it in weeks. All right. But I don't know. I don't know. I just so. I don't know. I should be, I guess, into this. I used to love the King and Queen of the ring, but it just, it's, they don't really. It gets stale and played out. They act regal for, you know, the couple months after they win, wear the crown, and then no one really gives a. They don't do anything with it. Now if they said, you know, winner gets, you know, this stipulation and a contract for a title at the next page, like, if they did stuff like that, it would be interesting. But just like, oh, we crowned them. All right, let's move on. You're the king now. King of the ring lost its relevance 20 years ago. Yeah, it was an attitude era, glory day thing. I mean, I, I, that was one of my favorite shows of the year. Every year was, you know, the big four, I guess the fifth of the big four. You know, you have Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam. And I would say King of the Ring back in the day was probably like the fifth. I always loved King of the Ring. I felt like King of the Ring was, I mean, not that I felt like it, but it was a fact that King of the Ring was typically the way to propel the next guy, whoever's gonna be the next, you know, big superstar. Right. Make them King of the ring, and then it kind of sparks that run. So that's why I always loved King of the Ring. I always thought it was. They put on great shows, but, yeah, I mean, since like the early 2000s, this just hasn't been relevant. So it's just, it's a gimmick at this point. I mean, they've had some winners. When you really go back to think. I mean, they really didn't do anything in 99, 98, 99, when Billy Gunn and Ken Shamrock were the kings of the ring. Yeah, but I think it certainly launched stone Cold in Triple H. And, you know, two time King of the Ring, Lesnar did win Angle 1 in 2000, which, you know, propels him. Yeah, but like, that final was Kurt Angle versus Rikishi. Like, that's a crazy final. Yeah, I mean, I think, I think their plans for Billy Gun were a little bit more like once he kind of broke off and was doing his own thing, I think, like, I don't know, I think they did have Plans to make him bigger. I think same for Shamrock. I mean, he was icy title. I don't know if he was ever like WWE Champion material, but I. Yeah, this was a dog run of King of the ring. 2010 Seamus defeats John Morrison. 2015 Bad news Barrett defeats Neville. 2019 Baron Corbin defeats Chad Gable. 2021 Xavier woods defeats Finn Balor. Yeah, I know. I mean, it just hasn't been relevant since the early 2000s. I mean, they. They tried because Gunther wins it in 24 and Cody wins it in 25. They both beat Randy Orton in their respective finals. But was. Wasn't that in Saudi? Yeah, the last 21, 24 and 25 are all in Saudi. Yeah, which also doesn't help because it's. It's cool if you have that main event here in the States with, you know, the. The normal crowds that you would expect. Right. Especially with the tournament being here, you know, it's like. Right. You deserve the payoff. Right? So I guess we'll see what happens with that. There's also a tournament going on currently in aw, the Owen Hart Memorial Tournament. But last week on AW Dynamite, MJF retained and defeated Roosh. We also had Kevin Knight retain the TNT Championship. He beat Speedball Mike Bailey. Mercedes Monet made her return as the wild card in the owenhardt Tournament. She defeated Alex Windsor and Will Ospreay defeated Mark Davis to advance in the Owen Hart Tournament. By the way, to backtrack real quick three times. There was a winner's championship opportunity after the king of the ring. Brock got to face the Rock and defeated him@SummerSlam in 02. Yep. Gunther got to defeat Damien Priest for the heavyweight title in 24 at SummerSlam. And in 25, Cody defeats John Cena at SummerSlam in a street fight. Yeah, that was this. That was the stipulation they just recently did where you got that new belt and then you get the title shot. The new belts and stuff, it's. Well, the lucky Mansource. Not in these tournaments over there. Because we know what would happen. You talk about your Psalms, talk about John316. Yeah, Mansoura316 says I just beat your ass in Saudi. That's right. He's the goat there. Yeah. All right, what else we got? Yes, that was. That was aew. We'll see what happens with the Own Heart tournament again. I'm a big, big tournament fan. I think it's cool to see like these tournaments and some of the, you know, matches that we don't normally get to see throughout the year. But it'll be nice to see like them spotlighted in bigger moments and just, you know, bigger matches down the road. Let's get into some card news. So this is gonna be mostly you because I haven't touched this stuff. But what are your thoughts after a week of Topps Chrome Cosmic wwe. All right, so if you go to my or our card foundation, tick tock, you can see me rip open a box of Cosmic Chrome WWE kind of did like a sped up version. You don't really can see too many of the inserts. You see a little bass and the hits obviously. But I actually thought the cards in hand, quality wise, really, really nicely done. The parallels, they do a great job of really like jumping off and popping off the card. Very vibrant, you know, very in your face, which I prefer. You know, when you're talking about a set called Cosmic, you would want cards that feel a little larger than life and, you know, what have you. So ultimately it's a fun rip. I mean, I got five numbered cards and a case hit in my hobby box. It is frustrating that there is only about 3. 3 autos per case, maybe 4 in an 8 box case. I feel like this should be a product that does have that auto per box and they reduce the amount of case hits they offer. So they do have four case hits featured in the product, which it. I get you doing that in regular Chrome. I don't like that for Cosmic. And honestly, Planetary Pursuit doesn't even really feel much like a case. It. Because there's upwards of two to three per case. So I mean, does it feel special? It's. It's not gonna feel that way. Have you watched any breaks or anything? Nope. Really? Yeah, I just, I don't know. This is not, this is a product that's not for me. I think the base looks like they cut random pictures of wrestlers out and pasted them on a card. And they look so out of, like out of place. I mean some of the pictures work, some of the images they use work like. I feel like a lot of the modern guys kind of fit. But like just some of the image choices that they, they made, I. I just think were kind of wacky. Like the rock the that you showed me that you hit. Just a weird image of him. Yeah. You know, there was somebody else. I forgot who it was. I saw. I think it might have been on ebay or something where it was. The image looked like she was in like a tracksuit or like airport clothes. I don't know. It was just like very like yeah, very random. It looked kind of like photoshopped in a way. And I don't know, I. It's not my favorite base set that they put out. I think some of the, you know, planetary stuff can look kind of cool in the different parallels with the right person, I think, if it's done right. But, you know, I do think that, like, some of the parallels are a little bit too, like, out there for me with like the space theme and it's just like the planets and stuff and I don't know, I mean, you know, it's called cosmic. It's not called. I get it. But it, you know, it's the same way that like, you know, heritage might not be for everybody because people don't like the old timey, you know, paper stock of, you know, cards from the 60s and 70s. But I like, I like that stuff. Yeah. You know, not everything is for everyone. But how is. How, how do you feel like it's being perceived? I mean, you've been in breaks or people excited or people even chasing. Are they chasing basically just like the Planetary Pursuits or. Yeah, yeah, it's. Well, it's funny because with the cases too, a lot of the cases are getting lost in the shuffle because of how basic they are. Like when you look at chrome, you know, they drop the signals, case hit, which looks very unique. They drop the gpk, which is obviously way unique. I feel like with this everything case, it wise very much blended in with the exception of the Planetary Pursuit. But the Planetary Pursuits, I believe, aren't even selling really that well. I actually think the singles market for this in general is not really doing well, which is kind of shocking in terms of autos like. Like a Charlotte Flair refractor auto sold for 30 bucks. Oh, for. For a star of her caliber. And I get. She's been in a million products that has a million autos. But again, this is cosmic and it's the first time we're getting cosmic, so it should be a little inflated. And the fact there's only three autos, four orders a case, I'm surprised that's not a 75 and up auto. I mean, I'm looking at other ones. What's her. What's her break spot? Oh, I'm sure it's. Yeah, it's on the. Probably up by around 100, right? 80 to 100. I would say 40 to 80. Okay. People shrunk some of the break spot like Braun Breaker and regular chrome is like people would charge like a hundred dollars for it and then take deals in this you could get them for like 40 bucks. And he actually has I think two cases available and like autos and stuff like that. So he'd be a good. That's my problem is that you know you'll spend call it 50 to 60 on the Charlotte spot. You hit an auto, which is rare. You know, you're only getting 3 to 4 of those in a case and it's not even covering the break spot. Yeah, like a, A Miz out of five did 150 which doesn't get your box price back. I'm looking at a fin battle out of 5 to 200 trick Williams did 80. Who else could I pick? A Rikishi to 10 did 50. A Bailey to 25 did 150. A Rey Mysterio did 60. Jade Cargill did 78 for refractor auto. And it's funny because I actually like the base auto. I think they look great. They. I. I'm really disappointed in the, in the Milky Way marks auto. The Milky Way marks actually looks like a really nice card. But they, they didn't put enough white on the bottom to have the wrestler sign. So half the auto is on the white, half of it's on the rest of the card blending in with the background of the card. So top spot that for sure they should have gave more space like they did with the, the solar flare signatures which I actually also like the solar flare signatures as well. But yeah, I mean in terms of like case hits we could do a live look at just to see what the case at prices were. But a lot of the planetary pursuit stuff like Cody, which is, I believe the sun was the base, if I'm not mistaken. I can confirm that in a sec because yeah, the, the sun was the most basic of the planetary pursuits. Cody Rhodes did 80. You know, who else could I find here? These are the last sale. These are all the sales from today. Monetary pursuit sales from June 9th. Yep. J USO's son did 30 bucks. That's light. Brock Lesnar, Venus did 127. CM Punk Jupiter did 275. John Cena son did 56. Brock Lesnar, Mercury 67. Becky Lynch, Venus 92. J USO Jupiter 127. Roman Reigns, Mercury 79. Don Mysterio, son 54. Lesnar's son 51. Seth's son 40. Dom's son 40. So it doesn't seem like true case hit because there is two to three a case. But at the same time with sales in other sports, it gets a Lot more love in other sports than wrestling is giving it right now. Yeah, I mean, it just, it's kind of a bummer too because like, you know, look at the box that you opened where, you know, you hit the Roman. What plan did you hit? Mercury. Yeah, so it's a lower level of the, of the planets, but someone that you like, someone that you collect. So, like, it's okay, you know, I ended up being a good hit for you, but for what I would have paid to then look that card up and say, oh, it's like, oh, I have had no luck lately. Wait, lady luck Ritzky. I got you. I've had so much luck on spinquest.com they have all of my favorite games, slot games, live blackjack craps and bubble craps. You can even get a 30 coin pack for just 10 bucks. 10 bucks for 30. I'm headed over to spinquest.com right now. Spinquest is a free to play social casino void where prohibited. Yeah, a little bit more A Cody Mercury did like 150, I think. Okay, so it pays for half of it. Yeah, yeah. You didn't get an auto. You got a couple numbered cards, a couple cool little things and then that was it. And it's like, you know, for hitting a quote unquote case hit type card, you would expect there to be more. But that's what happens when you have four to five different case Hits and then variations of that case it throughout the set. You know, it's. I think the more rare stuff is going to sell. Well, we saw that, you know, CM Punk sales of Jupiter or whatever, 275, like that's respectable, you know, that one card pays for the box. I, I would take that. But the more common, you know, like even like GPKs, I feel like didn't get like that low. And the base ones are numbered. Right. You know, and you still, you hit a base GPK of anyone, it's gonna sell for what, at least 100, I would say. Yeah, well, I mean, they were tough to hit, but at the same time, you know, that was just a set that people just adored like each. There's. We see releases all the time. Like Tops's premier case hit now for baseball is the. The All Kings. You know, so like it's just a set that at first it was a regular insert and then they elevated it to a case it and people fell in love with it. And now Veterans sell for 3, 4, $500. And rookies go for, you know, high end. A thousand to two thousand bucks. You know, Ohtani's in, like, you pull an Otani All Kings and it's like, you know, 15, 20 grand. Yeah. And it's funny too, I think, like the case hit conversation, it might be an interesting segment to actually do on the show down the road because I feel like it kind of changed with the kabooms in the downtowns and all that stuff because there have been case hit, quote unquote, case hits forever. You know, obviously, you know, each set, each modern set has had a card that has, you know, case hit pull rates, where it's one per case or one every other case, whatever the case is. But I think with the, with the popularization of the kabooms, the downtowns, that kind of card, it almost like lowered the other cases because it's not a kaboom or it's not a downtown, you know, versus, like I would say 10 years ago, if you hit a case hit as long as it was a big name, I think it did well because of the rarity. Right. But now it's like people. It's funny, like collectors are almost like case it snobs now. Or it's like, oh, that's, you know, it's, you know, everyone wants the All Kings, but if you hit a home field advantage, you know, it's a, it's a tenth of the price. Even though it's the same odds. Right. Roughly. You know, it's okay. That's a case as well, so. Right. But it's not the case hit, so it's not gonna get, you know, that same bump. And I think that's really due to the, you know, the kabooms downtowns. And. Well, and it also frustrates when Tops decides to number their case hits. That drives me absolutely, you know, ballistic because, again, a case hit to me, you're not supposed to know the numbering on that card. That's the beauty of it. If they're so rare that they only pop up one a case or cracking multiple cases, I don't want something that's a base out of 99. Out of 25 out of 10. One. I don't mind a one of them. I like what Panini did with which case it. Well, they would have, like, the kabooms. They had the gold kaboom out of 10. The green kaboom is the one of one, and then the rest of the kabooms, no one knew. Okay, that's fair. But I. But Panini went to the drizzling shits with their K sets as well. There used to be, you know, a pop of a certain kaboom in 20, 18, 19, 17, and there'd only really be, like 200 of those cards in existence. Now. There's over a thousand, two thousand. And I get it because they're making more product and they're expanding, but it starts to lose its lust a little bit. Well, it's funny, I. I've always said that, like, everyone touts the Kaboom as this, you know, elusive, rare car that everybody wants. But if you go on ebay and type in Panini Kaboom, you're going to get thousands of listings. Right? True. You know, versus a black refractor from tops. Chrome is number to 10. There's only 10. You're not getting thousands of them. You're getting 10. And the funny thing is, in Don Russ in Costco boxes, I opened up eight of them and hit two downtowns. Meanwhile, I opened boxes and boxes of, like, Chrome wwe. I haven't hit a case it yet out of anything. So, you know, I think Tops does a better job of the rarity of the case hit. But Tops biggest issue to me is that they do too many multiple cases per product. Right. It should be one or two. There should be a grail. There should be a grail chase that is not numbered as a special insert in every product that people say, okay, when this box comes out, I am hunting this, and it is a High value, top dollar chase that collectors die to have. And Panini did a good job of doing that. When you open up Don Russ, you know, it is going for the downtown. When you open up Prism, you're going color blast hunting. And they do that really well. So if, if those two can make love and get that happy medium. And now it's too late because Panini doesn't have any licenses anymore and it's up the tops. I mean, they got to change that. I don't. You could make some inserts rarer than others, but don't give it that case hit status where it deserves. Case at pricing. Right. But I mean, to tie up this cosmic talk, it was a solid release, could have been better. I think there's room to improve and I think it deserves a place, you know, to have a release every, like, other year to make it special, which is not gonna be the case. It's gonna come out every year, especially now that it's a staple for baseball, basketball, you know, and football. So we're gonna get it every year. But I, I wouldn't mind if they did the upper deck concept where it's like, okay, we're gonna give WWE Cosmic every other year to keep it fresh, keep it fun. Right? No, I, I, I agree with that. Let's move over to. Well, some additional TOPS news. They released a 1 TOPS now card this week, card number 63, which is Chad Gable. Nothing, nothing crazy there. And speaking of cases, we saw a bunch of pretty big cards hit over the last week or so. In particular, the WrestleMania patch autos from royalty. We saw a number of those hit. Some of the bigger names, Tiffany, Stratton, Jacob, Fatu, Finn, Balor, Gunther, all taken off the board. So I don't think, I don't think there aren't many left. Right. Or at least the bigger, some of the bigger names. I know Cena hasn't surfaced yet, from what we know. Yeah, we're getting the nitty gritty here. Interesting. Tiffany used her full name on the card too. I was gonna mention that. Full name, Full name Sig. Which we don't get that anymore. No, they probably said it's one of one, it's special, you know, whatever. So she probably gave it the full name treatment. But it's cool that, you know, wrestlers were marking them up like, you know, Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes inscribed his and always makes it. I know someone probably has the tracker of like, you know, what's left out there. And I think actually the Tiffany was listed at 60k on eBay. Yeah, I'm, I'm. I'd like to see what that goes for. I want to see what the Tiff, Cody, Ria. And then scene Roman's a big one too. We also saw another big card surface. Finally, after four years, it was hit in a card vault by Tom Brady store in a box of 2022 Panini Prism Debut Edition. The Rhea Ripley Black Refractor 1 of 1 was finally hit and it's now out in the wild. That's it finally surfaced. Yep. Honestly, it's pretty cool that, you know, people are still ripping older product and all these random things. Could I. I have a bit. I have a bad feeling that's gonna happen at a Cena one of one WrestleMania because the box is so expensive. If it's not in a break. I can't imagine how many people are going to a store and dropping 1500 on a box of royalty. It's not gonna happen. Right? So watch what happened with prison at that time, the boxes got up to like 1500 bucks and everybody stopped ripping them personally. And it was either you were either getting them in breaks or you weren't ripping it. And, you know, now you're getting, you know, this big card finally services after, you know, four years of. Yeah, just crazy. It's crazy. It's crazy that like that card has just been sitting in the box for four years. I mean, even like, you know, the card vault Tom Brady store is relatively new. So you know, maybe that was at Panini's factory and they just shipped it to them, you know, recently in a recent case of like inventory that they bought or they bought it from a dealer that had it in his store for four years. We don't know where that box came from, but it just goes to show you that like there are still grail cards out there. There's. There are still monsters out there sitting in boxes in LCS shops that, you know, that's like the one thing I think about all the time. I walk into like an ans, which is a, a pretty big LCS out by us on Long Island. I look at that wall of wax and I'm just like, there are probably a number of life changing cards on this wall that God only knows when the lower surface. Yeah. You know, we just will never know until the, until they're hit. But it's like, you look at that. Well, you look at that wall, it's like, oh my God. There could be, you know, a monster Otani or judge or whatever, wrestling. I mean, it's crazy. So yeah, shout out to the, the collector that hit that Rhea. I didn't dig too deep into it so I'm not sure if he's gonna sell it or if he's gonna keep it or what, you know, if he's getting it graded or what's the case. But if we see that card hit the open market, I think it's, that's a nice little five figure sale right there waiting for him. Well, Rydal is probably buying it, so I'll give you the update in a couple weeks. Although there are a lot of big RIA collectors so not everyone's willing to throw 50k in a card. No, they're not. But I, you know, I know there are some bigger RIA collectors out there that you never know. Listen, it's true. They may have been saving up for this moment knowing that that card hasn't surfaced. Or maybe you know, look at like you know, Ryan from our RBI crew seven. You know, it's. He's has one of the biggest Randy Orton collections in the world. You know, someone like Rydalo buys all these high end cards. He didn't get that one. Not even. Not even. Not even Carl Anthony Towns can get that one. Right. Because he needed it. He's the ultimate Randy Orton PC and he needed the card. So yeah, it'll be interesting to see where that, where that car ends up because I think it's a big one. First year prism for someone like Ria. That's. That's arguably one of her biggest cards ever. So. Yep. All right, see what else we got here. So yeah, Upper Deck has appeared to push back their release of 2026 flagship and that's now going to be July 22nd. So yeah, kind of a big, big delay there. Yeah, we're anticipating. It was supposed to be around like this time this week I think and it's not gonna be for another month and a half. Month and a half. Yeah. That's rough. I'm bummed. I was looking forward to that set. There's a couple of cool preview cards that we saw of some cards that I was interested in, you know, trying to collect or look at but we'll just have to wait till to July to rip that open. Yeah, I mean I'm actually looking into this some of the cards now. I wish for some of the flagship stuff they would go to on card auto but glad to see the first. Well, it's kind of crazy that how does Harley Cameron get her first UD in flagship? She's had AW cards already. Foreign. I'M not going to comment further on that. But the adversary's autographs look pretty cool. You know, Mox and Darby canvases are back. Dazzlers changed a little bit. Star entrances. Look. Actually, these are cool animation. It's a big card in upper deck. Yeah. Yep, that is, that's, that's the card I'm looking forward to the most to see. You know that that's a card that in hockey has done extremely well over the years. It's a big kind of sought after case hit. So yeah, it's one in every. They're touting it at 640 packs. So there is six packs per hobby and 16 hobbies per case. So that means that would be 96 packs per case. And what'd I say it was? 646. I'll just call it 640 divided by 96. So that's one in every six and a half cases. Gotta love a true case hit right there. That's a case hit. That's the type of case hit that gets the little chub in the pants going. What's going on, everyone? It's been around since the 90s, I believe. They used to do fanimation inserts of like Jordan and. And big names back in the 90s. And then 2000s they. They continued it hockey. It's a big case hit. So. Yeah, I'm looking forward to that one. All right, let's do a little car lot of day of the week this week I decided to go with Little tops Heritage WWE. So the top five highest sales in WWE in WWE Heritage sales history. So we'll start with number five. The 2007 Topps Chrome Heritage Undertaker Super Fracture numbered out of 25 PSA 10 sold for $2001 back on in May of 2025. Are you waiting for me to comment on that? I'm just gonna see if you had one. No, but it's just funny how they. That tops royally up the Super Fracture in the set. And it's the most popular car that they've put out. Yeah. You know, again, 2007 tops Chrome Heritage CM Punk Super Factor. It's number four again. Number to 25 PSA 10 sold for 2144.88 back in February of 2025. PSA 10s of these. These cards do very well. I mean they should. There's only 25 copies. And people love the super fractor design. Exactly. And it's. It's, you know, 2005 is. Or 2007, I'm sorry is almost 20 years ago. Those cards were probably not kept in the best of condition at that time. Yep. Number three, we have the 2008 tops Heritage 4 Cody Rhodes Auto PSA 10 did $2,225 back in February of 2024. That's a big price for a Cody auto. Yeah, yeah. I think it's considered a rookie auto. So. Yeah, it's his first pack poll, I think. Yeah. I'm sorry, it's second year Cody. I believe 07 was the first. Did he have a auto in that though? No. Yeah, I don't think he was the first. He actually has. Cody has not only his base, but there was a special. The variant variant that was put in that says rookie card on it. Yep. Which are not easy to find. Those are in like those tins. Right. I forgot what I think they put it in a tin or they did something with it. Yeah, it was like a special release. It wasn't a value pack or. It was. Or a blaster or something. Yeah, it was like. If anyone wants to know more, go to wrestlingtradingcards.com they probably have the full story when you get the set. They definitely do. So shout out to Tony. Number two, the 2007 tops Chrome Heritage Vince McMahon Super Fractor number to 25 PSA 10. Did $3,500 back in December of 2025. And when he dies, expect that card to maybe beat that? Probably, yeah. It's a very standard, you know, classic image of Vince in the super factor foil. It's a. It's a big card. Yeah. And then number one, the 2005 tops Heritage John Cena Auto. It's the auto in the TV. So the throwback TV auto from O5 Heritage in a PSA10 did $4,800 back in March of 2025. I'm shocked by this because essentially it's just a base auto PSA 10, right? Yep. Holy moly. But I do believe this was his first pack pulled WWE auto he ever had. But does that warrant a four grand in a PSA 10? It's not a rookie. It's just first pack pull. That's the only significance. Yeah. It's three years into his career. I mean, it was. Those autos were found one in every 36 hobby packs, so it's not like they weren't knocked. Yeah. And there was 24 packs per box. So you're getting an auto in every other box. Yeah, look, if there's those hanging around on ebay and you can get it at a good price, it's probably just worth buying to try to dime it. Right. I mean, you could probably get 10 cracks at it and still make money. Yeah. It's an iconic throwback image from, you know, baseball, obviously. Heritage. What they do is they take images from previous tops years from baseball and they put it in their new, newer set, the TV set. Auto from 05 with, you know, the Cena image was a famous set from the 60s that they. They took. So it's got lineage. It's got, you know, a design that people are. Are interested in and, and want to collect. So I could. I could see why this car does so well. But you're right, I think 4, 800 is a big price for that. Yeah. I mean, and it was actually only about a year and three months ago, so it was a more recent sale. Yeah. I mean, that certainly helps that he was going on the retirement tour that Might have fluffed up. That was exactly when that happened. Yeah, it was right before WrestleMania. Yeah. So, I mean, and that. That was a cool set. Chief J. Strongbow, Christy Hemi, Hulk Hogan, Iron Chic, the King Lawler, John Cena, Kane, Kurt Angle, Lita, Rowdy Piper, Sergeant Slaughter, Show Michael, Stacy Keebler, Tori Wilson, Trish Stratus. Yeah. So a good blend of old and. And current time. Yep. All right, well, last bit of news before we headed to purchases. There was just a couple of additions made to the big event Long island autograph show, which is happening on Saturday, November 14th. Those editions are Taylor Rotunda, aka BO, Dallas Hacksaw, Jim Duggan, Microtunder, aka IRS, Sean Waltman, aka X PAC, Kurt Angle, John Laurinitis, and Tom Brandy. When I first read that, I thought, it's a Tom Brady. For a second, I was gonna say, how. What is he doing in Long Island? Signing for the big event. But I think the only one I'm getting on this list is X Pac. Need a little BCA Done. You don't need Angle. He didn't have a bca. His first figure wasn't a bca. I don't think so. And even if it was, it was like the end of the line where it didn't even look like the old bcas. And like, it was very basic. Like he was in, like, tights. I think I'm trying to think of what that first figure looked like. I'll pull it up for you. There's actually a website that goes through the history of BCAs and like wrestling figure database. It's a great website. Release date. So in 2000 he had 12 figures released. He had a talking crushers. Looks like these are all like Titan Trons finishing moves. Yeah, he did not have a bca. Interesting. Everything was TTL or along the lines of, like, that style of figure. He might have been one of like on the cutting room type thing. Like he might have had one designed. And they just didn't. They just didn't get to it. Because that 2000, right around that time and it was like on the. On the cusp. Yeah, I mean, I think there were BCAs released in. In 2000. If I'm not as earliest figure is 2000. Yes. I'll get that confirmed though, as you continue to go through. That's cool. Yep. So we'll keep you guys in the loop with the latest attendees and the announcements throughout the year. Again, it's going to be a show that Danny and I are both at. I know he's got a of lot long list already of BCAs that he needs done along with his. His heater and partner in crime. They'll be running around that show getting everything done. And I'm sure I'll be there just looking for a photo opportunity, photo op or two. So actually there. This is wild. They had bone crunchers in 2001 and 2002. He didn't get one in 2000, 2001 or oh 2 yet. I'm looking at a backlash. Hardcore Holly, and it's Crash Holly on. On the picture. Oh, interesting. So from 2000 to 2002, every BCA line was backlash. And then at the end, they did Bone Crunching. Superstars, they try to make them a little more realistic, but, like, I don't even remember ever seeing these in the store or like the packaging. Do you ever remember seeing that? No. No, not. Not Bone Crunching. Must have been deathbed crazy. The last. The last Bone Crunching figure I remember collecting was the draft figures. That wasn't Bone Cruncher. That wasn't a Bone Cruncher. Nope. That wasn't a Titan Tron, though. No, it was probably a. Oh, I don't know what it was, but it definitely wasn't Bone Cruncher. The last of the Bone Crunchers were. They consider them Havoc Unleashed, which I don't even count this as a Bone Cruncher. Doesn't jive. But O3 backlash was the last of the line, and it was Billy Gunn, Big Show, Austin, Jericho, Taker, and Triple H. And then before that, in the same year, it was a Train, Booker T. Hogan, Brock, Triple H, Stone Cold. And they were all exclusives, Which, like, look at this. Brock. Yeah. Oh, Brock's rookie fig is still good. The Hogan is sick. It is a nice Hogan, which, if I ever see that on ebay, I may have to pull the trigger on that. Well, this ain't Major Pod, so let's keep it going. But if you. If you want to learn more about WWE action figures, listen to the Major Wrestling Figure podcast. All right, that's purchases. Yeah, let's get into some purchases. Did you buy anything? I picked up two of the most random. Well, one of them, not so much because it's someone I. Everyone knows that I collect, but I finally got my hands on the 2016 tops Chrome MLB dual auto to 25 of Michael Conforto and David Wright. It is a Conforo Rookie Auto along with David Wright. It's a card that has eluded me for. I have for, I guess since 16 when I was collecting. I Never. I never saw any of these pulled and I got mine in a BGS 95. That's not, I guess, ideal. I'm a PSA collector, but this card does not pop up often and I think there's like one or two copies on eBay and they're all like double what I paid. Finally, one came to auction and I knew I needed it. This is my opportunity. So I grabbed was a DC Sports auction. So shout out to DC Sports. Already got that card in hand. One of my favorite cards now on the PC. I love David Wright, obviously love Conforo. So to me, it was a perfect card. And this is a random purchase that I'm thinking I'm gonna get. Get into this as a PC. It's not card related, but it's going to be a slippery slope. I picked up a not mint on card. It's on card, but not the most minty package. But it is what it is of a figure of Red Dragon from the WMAC Masters. What the hell? Why? I think I'm gonna. I think I need the set. Oh, Lord. So I've been thinking a lot about, like, on card. You're gonna do it or you're gonna rip them? No, but that's why I'm not. I bought a shitty card because I'm gonna open it and I'm gonna display them. What a great show that was back in the day. But I need. I need to buy. I. I enjoy buying my figures on card because I know I got the. All the accessories are there. It's not like smudged and destroyed and played with. And I like that it's still new, but it doesn't need to be mint. It's a show that you and I loved growing up. And I've been getting extremely nostalgic lately on, like, toy lines that we grew up playing with figures that we had and getting a lot more into like the 90s and 2000s. Like just nostalgia Train. Watching a ton of like, toy hunts and stuff again on. On YouTube and falling down that rabbit hole. So I just felt like this is a line that I needed to go back and collect. They're not. They're not cheap, though. No, they're not. They're like 60 to 100 a figure. It's crazy, but as soon as I saw it, I was like, oh, my God. Like the. The memories that came back. We watched that show so much. We had every figure. We had the. We had the playsets, we had the VHS tapes, we had the belt. We had everything. Yeah, yeah. My Two favorites were Hakeem the Machine and Tiger Claw. Tiger Claw. I love them. And then I even remember, I don't know who dad was letting us watch Wild back in the day because I feel like it's a three year old or four year old. I shouldn't have been watching Mortal Kombat, but probably not. When Hakeem the Machine dies in Mortal Kombat, I was. I was very upset. I was crying. I didn't like it. Yeah, it's. It's weird to think about the things that I grew up watching and then like, you were there watching it with me and we're four years apart. So, like, if I was like eight watching this, you probably shouldn't have been four years old watching this. But yeah, I'm not going to get into the history of WA Masters. If you've never heard of it, throw it in YouTube or look, throw it on Google. It's. It's pretty interesting. It was a martial arts show character based that was started by Shannon Lee, daughter of Bruce Lee. So, yeah, no, it's just super nostalgic. So I want to be going back and picking up a bunch of stuff and not just with that figure line, like a bunch of other, like, you know, WWE related and just, you know, I'll keep you guys updated and how that's going, but I wanna change things up in my collecting a little bit, fix up my detox a little bit, go the nostalgic route. Yeah. Just go out. I just want to collect stuff that I remember loving as a kid. So I respect it. All right. Yeah, not too much for me. I decided when with the Knicks eventually winning the NBA championship this year. You jinx. Don't. Stop it. I'm. I'm sick of people thinking the spurs have a chance. They are not a better team than us. The Knicks right now are red hot. We busted their ass twice, winning by double digits. It should be 2, 1. It should be 3, 0. WEMBY should have. The fact that Wemby did not get upgraded to a flagrant is. It says everything you need to know about the NBA being absolutely rigged. He should have been ejected from game three and he should be suspended to game four. But of course, ratings money. NBA couldn't risk the golden boy, you know, getting hurt. And I love that. Every golden boy of a sport now is from a different country. How about we step up? Jalen Brunson should be the face of the NBA. That's what a superstar is. Undersized, plays with heart, plays with fire, plays with passion. He should be the face of the NBA. But I digress. Anyway, I am going to try to pick up every iteration of Tops Chrome, Bowman Chrome a Gold of every nick. I will try to get multiple and I'm going to try to put a master collection of 2025, 2026 tops Chrome and Bowman Chrome gold nicks out of 50. And of course there's like four or five different versions. So I would like to get ideally one of everyone. It's going to take a long time. Brunson is already expensive. His all of his goals are going like 2, 3, $400. So he might be the last I have to put together. But and I do want to make sure we win the championship. I say that we're gonna win. I'm still hopeful it's not again nothing in life is guaranteed. So I picked up a Mikhail Bridges True Gold from Bowman chrome out of 50. Got it for under like 1520 bucks. Didn't break the bank so picked up a house of cards Gunther from 2026 tops Chrome WWE which I didn't check the comps but I feel like I got it as a steal. So I'm gonna look it up now real quick because the seller listed the card as Gunter not Gunther. But I guess I still I got it for a little bit of a break. Last few have been going for like 18, 18, 17, 26, 2015. I got it for like 12 so thought that was a good deal there. And then I did buy a a cosmic Chrome box again. I broke it on on Tick Tock. You can see the results there. But if you're listening to this audio this week I hit a planetary pursuit. Roman Reigns Mercury Case hit a Gold Rock to 50 and a Randy Orton Green to 75. Those are the top three hits. That was it for me. All right, so let us, let us now see what the Patreon members are buying. Looks like a quite a healthy list this week but we're gonna start it out. Josh Casolo not breaking as much lately. So I've been building a little stone cold side project Case hits and gold 202526 Chrome True Gold out of 502025 Chrome Persona case hit 2026 Chrome Signals case it and Austin 316 Chrome insert number one Gold Angel Cortez. This, this gets me excited. All the Helix talk got me itchy and picked one up of Stephanie Vacair 2026 Helix for a solid price. Don't sleep on these K sets. Could not agree more. Helixes were beautiful this year. I think they're slept on. Tim French My ability to count has continued to regress and Transcendent remains a goated set. Threw out a minimum bid on this HBK Transcendent order to five and somehow got the email that I won the bid. If this set ever gets its flowers, I'm going to be sitting on a gold mine. I couldn't agree more either. Tim Jacob Quite the past two weeks for the super collection got a mess out of tens Eton I don't know what that part is but starting with the breakers light purple GEO scope also from Chrome, the iconic image variation Auto Black and the base card black parallel and purple Geo from Royalty we brought home both a Sapphire and silver Superior autos out of 25 and 10 respectfully tops Chrome Sapphire we bought home a black brand. I'll say this 3 times fast black blue brand auto numbered 1 of 12 for the biggest pickup of the collection. WWE Universe dazzling debut Foil Fractor one of one from the NXT Takeover match with Sami Zayn. Dylan Pack picked up this yesterday to go along with an AJ Tops now out of five whenever it ships and it looks like a printing plate of the phenomenal AJ Styles. Harris Decker picked up a pair of Monsters, a 2025 Chrome Gold Geometric out of 50 Roman Reigns PSA 10 and a Gold Geometric out of 50 Obafemi PSA 10. Two big boys. Tyler Barnes hit a one of one Jacob Fatu in the WrestleMania 42 sets and then I finally sent in my Owen Hart 1998 comic images Auto to be graded and it came back a PSA6 which is okay with me. Only one with a higher pop. That's a nice looking Auto on that Owen too. So congrats there. Damn, that's the card. A couple more Johnny Espinoza another 2023 Panini Revolution mail day of the OC1 Astro from eBay and the other was fractal gifted to me by the good brother Heal Emerson on Insta Chasing the rainbow with the groove parallel and the numbered one of one left. Dave Nagel shout out Medina for Julia Red Auto to 5 Biggie out of 10 from Cactus Jack, Pat McAfee Silver ringside from 2023 select and last but not least, Aaron and Nunziata made big progress on my 2020 Leaf Ultimate Wrestling collection. Picked up Bronze Hulk Hogan, Ricky Steamboat, Ted DiBiase and Bob Morton Jr autos and 8 out of 25 Hiroshi Tanahashi Auto down to only 15 Ultimate Stars cards now. Sorry for the lack of picks should be in hand today. Fingers crossed That's a cool collection. That could be the, the leaf autos in that stuff. Yeah. Stuff that you couldn't get anywhere else. Yeah, certainly. So. All right, let's get around up all of our news purchases, recaps. Let's slide over into a little card corner right after this. All right, guys, welcome back. Welcome to the final segment of this week's show, which is card corner. So for this week, felt like the last couple weeks, maybe like the last month or so has been a little bit negative. Talking about psa, talking about breakers, talking about product, talking about how unhappy we are all the time. So I figured, you know what, let's get a little bit more collector driven and bring it back down to earth a little bit. So I wanted to pose this question to you. If your collection was wiped clean tomorrow and you were given a clean slate, basically with the same amount of money you've spent in the, in the wrestling card hobby over the last couple of years. Holy Moses. So your car, your collection goes away, but all the money goes back into your account and it has to be used to re up. Yep. Are you investing or are you buying the same cards? Are you changing things up? Are you taking that opportunity to maybe go after things that you wish you would have done a few years ago? What does your collection look like if given the opportunity to have everything go away tomorrow and you have to start from the ground up again? I'd be horrified to know how much I've spent over the years. That's first things first. So let's get that out of the way. I would, that number would pop up and be like, oh, I could buy a house. Yeah, yeah, I don't want to know. I think in where I'm at now, collecting wise, I've, I've really changed over the last couple months of what I. My desires are. I just certainly think I used to try to go for like the. You gotta buy low and hope something big happens for that, you know, low risk, high reward, that's not always realistic. And obviously I've learned over time. I mean, there's instances where it absolutely is cashed out in my favor and it's been great. But in order to get those cards that all of a sudden turn into like, you know, 500 to a thousand, to 2000 to 2500, kind of like the rockaboom. When that card came out, it was a thousand fifteen hundred dollar card. And now we're seeing a record sale of that card. Last week we talked about it for like 5k or this week we just. Someone mentioned it. Yeah, I think I know you did. But yeah, I would if I could go back. I mean I certainly, I'm just. Because I'm a for case hits. I just love buying case hits. I would continue to do all the chrome stuff, all the panini stuff. I hate that downtowns went to absolute because I enjoyed that subset and there's fakes out there. There was backdoored panini, you know of those. So that kind of sucks. But I would, I would tackle the case at market. I'm continuing to do what I do now. Anything number to 50 or less. So out of 50. Out of 25 10, 5, 1 01. Well unless it's like a major car that's worth big bucks. I am holding on to long term of just multiple superstars. And I think that you know, we talked about it a couple weeks ago. Eventually this stuff is going to turn nostalgic and turn, you know, vintage. So you have the right names and you're buying stuff. Like I've been buying Roman reigns golds from all different products for anywhere from like 40 to 100 bucks. I think in 10 years that stuff's gonna double, triple, quadruple. Same thing with autos, you know, big autos, rare autos, going after those. But I would initially start of what I think the current goats are going to be. So I would be collecting Roman for the men. I want Orton Rock Cena as your, you know, my modern day Mount Rushmore for women. Rhea Ripley obviously is the number one name. Tiffany Stratton. I think she still has a big future. Then it gets a little weird with the women because they're just so hit and miss. You never know where they're gonna go. Could it be a soul Ruka maybe maybe get prospect her a little bit. Kendall Gray. I mean she's the, the darling right now, you know, so maybe get a couple cards of her. But yeah, I'm going, I'm going big game hunting. If I can start fresh. I just order of like refractors out of 199s out of 399. Those cards are to me I, I love collecting but ultimately just like I'm sure a lot of you know, people are in this to collect also because again you need money to buy cards. So I want stuff to really appreciate in value. That way if you know, God forbid one day something happens, you need to sell off the collection. Now I'm sitting on 15 grand. I can flip in an instant or 20 grand, 30 grand, 50 grand, like that's pretty cool to be able to do. But yeah, I just want nice, valuable pieces that look nice, look great case it's autos, golds or less, all big names. Would you go vintage at all? I mean I'd have so much money if I started off fresh. I'd probably buy like one big card because ultimately I think if I bought a big boy, I'd have no problem flipping it because I, I could care less about vintage. So like would I buy a cool like Hogan or flair like Wrestling All Stars yet maybe or like a Brett rookie in a high grade or like, you know, macho man stuff like that. But you know, for me that'd be much easier to flip if I saw that know, shoot to the, to the moon. But it's not something I would care much about because I, I don't get nostalgic for that. I'm a 90s attitude era wrestling fan and you know, up into the modern day. All right, what about you? So I think there's some stuff I actually would go back and get because I, I like you. I feel like this year I've really, really enjoyed the way I started collecting and, and kind of changing things up and you know, going from a completist and trying to get, you know, full sets and you know, not making as much progress as I want to just because of how hard it is to, you know, to complete, you know, 100 card plus sets, you know, from multiple sets. You know, I started focusing more on just like parallels and, and stuff like that I actually like. And so like with the, the Panini Gold stuff, like I would continue that, you know, so I'd go back and pick up, you know, more names. Some of the names that I have now again I'm not trying to get every single wrestler in a, in a Panini gold refractor to 10. It's just the people that I like. So I would, you know, wanna continue that and go after those names again. So someone like, like Brian Pillman, I have his, his true, you know, rookie from, you know, the 1986 CFL football card. I'd probably maybe upgrade the grade a little bit. I think. I have a PSA 8, so that's a car that. But again I have it in my collection now and I love it. So that's a car that I would want to, you know, go back and pick up. But I think with wrestling, everything else I think I would kind of again, like focus on like people that I like and some of the cards that I. Car designs or the Refractors that I like and just focus on that, not get too caught up on what's new and, and, you know, chasing cases and stuff that I'm, that I'm not really interested in. I would go back and, you know, I pick up all the ECW Japan stuff because that's a set that I've loved since we got, you know, we started doing this and ECW is my favorite promotion. So I would go back and I would make sure I had that whole complete set. You know, I would go back and look at some like the 19, 1995 BBM Japanese stuff like the Cactus Rookie and, you know, the Sabu Rookie and you know, stuff like that. Because I think, you know, that was stuff that I appreciated when I first saw it, but I never pulled the trigger on it then. And now it's, you know, it's gone up a lot more. It's more. Those cards are more expensive now. So, you know, I think I would go back and, you know, make sure I added one of those, you know, a copy of each of those cards to the collection. You know, I, I think I would. I don't know if I'd go vintage because again, I'm like you. I don't. Our wrestling fandom starts in the mid-90s. It doesn't, I don't go back to the 80s and, or even in the early 90s, but I'm struggling even now to figure out like a WCW representation of my collection. Yeah. You know, so maybe if I had a little bit more of that hobby money back, maybe I would go and buy a 98 tops WCW auto of somebody just to kick the kickstart the collection. I don't know if it would be, you know, Hogan or Macho man, but, you know, there are a lot of names in that set that, you know, people that I grew up watching that I, I, that I wouldn't mind having one of those cards in my collection to kind of kickstart it. So, you know, sets like that, I think I would want to go back, you know, and revisit and then kind of just continue, you know, what I'm doing now, which I'm really enjoying, which is like the gold stuff. Yeah. What's. Do you have an updated Grail that you want to get or just, you know, hypothetically speaking, if money wasn't an option. What do you, what are you going to get? I have a few cars, like a few stuff like, just off the top of my head that. All right, give me two or three. Okay. I would love One of the black, one of ones of Pillman from oh from 2024 Prism. Okay. I've seen. I think, I think all of them have surfaced at this point. But I obviously that was the last car I needed for the, for the. The Rainbow. So I would love just to have that one on one just to put it away. I would love to. I would love the complete ECW set, the Japanese VHS cards. I would love that whole set. Just. You know, actually I was just talking to Henny Omega about this. Looks like PSA is recognizing that set in their registry now and they. And they're going to grade them. Oh, interesting. So Henny's actually sending all of his in to get graded and. And so again that would be a set that I would want fully PSA graded put away in the PC. That's something I would, I would love. I would go back to all the time and just love to look at. And yeah, I mean that's maybe as like a third would be like. I don't know, maybe like he's not my favorite guy ever. But like at the WCW tops Hogan oto. Okay. Because I think that's just a set that like that wcw. I loved that era of WCW and Hogan was the guy at that time. And just to kind of have that represent. Represented in the PC. That's to me that's a such a big card and such an important card. So. Yeah. What about you? I would say a low number to the one of one of the 2014 Chrome Roman reigns auto. Oh, we're shooting high. I. I said. You said grail. If money wasn't an object. What's like a dream card that you just, you know, you would want. Which is the second auto that he had, but his first chrome auto. But Roman's gonna be the guy one day, so that's definitely up there. A more realistic card that could surface but still have a pretty price penny attached to it. I want a gold NXT first Ria Ripley auto from 2020 Chrome. I love the look of those autos from that set. And you know, I think RIA is going to go down as probably the, the best women's wrestler ever. I. I had a green at one point. I also had a refractor of that at one point, which I wish I still had. Yeah, that Papa Bear still is the orange PSA9. Oh, I believe. I don't think he ever sold that, which he got at a steel price I would say for a final one. And I know he listens to our show. 2014 Dolph, Ziggler, Tops, Chrome 101 auto. Because at that point, if I had that, I believe I would have almost every one of one Ziggler, Chrome, Auto or Chrome card in existence. All I would need after that would be the 2015, which I don't think I've ever seen. Service I don't even know. I've never seen that one of one. Don't know even what it looks like. Right. But I had the 2021 Chrome, both versions, the Image variation and the base. He didn't sign that year. 2020, he wasn't in Chrome at all except for where he was in the five Timers Club insert list without an auto. Actually, I would need that one of one too. So I'm down to like two tops. Chrome, Ziggler, one of ones and I would have all of them. No, I also lied. I would need the base version of that too with the 2014. So three. Right. I know you collect, you know you collect her. You have a lot of, of nice stuff of hers. Do you. Would you ever see yourself like getting to the point where like you would go after like a Tiffany Stratton WrestleMania patch? No. Like something like that? No. You don't see yourself ever getting to that point. That card's 40, 50, 60 grand. I'm not spending that on a trading card. You know, it's. I better have big cash in the bank. I don't know. I'm just saying, like you, you know, I barely dabble into like the thousand dollar plus cards, so I mean it's, you know, it's not really realistic. But you could add that to a dream car too. I would love to have just like a top, top star of a WrestleMania debut. Patch. Yeah. Or WrestleMania patch. One on one. Right. Whether that be Roman, Roman Orton, Cena, Ria, Tiff, like those are the tops. Obviously. One of those. So fun conversation. It's always good a fantasy book and think about what could be. So yeah, pretty cool, but. All right, that's gonna wrap up this week's episode. As always, thank you to everybody for tuning in and joining us. We'll probably talk more sales. Yeah, it's going to be mostly just like maybe Cosmo. Maybe we'll dive more into like the cosmic sales, you know, kind of check what the latest trends are at that point. Just because there's, there's no, you know, no new product on the horizon right now. Wwe. I don't think they've announced anything. We have like renderings or anything. The only thing we've really seen is like the next iteration of universe being autographed. Yep. But we don't have any like dates or anything like that. What was that? Stadium Club's probably next for wwe. Could be, you know. Aw. Is. Is a month and a half out. So. Yeah, we don't really have much to kind of talk about in terms of like a new preview. So I think we're just gonna continue diving into the older stuff and some of the more relevant stuff. We're, we're approaching that time of the year in the summer where, you know, things go on hiatuses and it's kind of just, you know, less big news and big releases and all that kind of stuff for the summer. Yeah, actually, you and I are about, what, three weeks away? We're going to Disney. Yeah. So gotta go find, you know, all the, the Disney princesses. Getting your stuff, getting your chrome signed. Yeah. To get my card signed, basically. Yeah. It's gonna be. Yeah, it's gonna be you and my daughter lining up to meet every character. At least she'll have someone to go with. That's true too. Oh, I'm building a collection for her. Be on ebay. Yeah. Sign these two cards, Elsa. Yeah. No, no, what I want to do, I want to have like those losers that go to the airport that has the cardboard with like eight cards attached to it and I'm gonna have them bang out. That's good. Eight autos. I don't think Disney's allowed to say no. The characters. No. Oh, I don't know how I feel about 30 year old adults, but I know they can't say no to kids. What if I have the mind of a six year old? That's. I don't know. I don't know. Well, have to talk about that next week. All right, well, this is a wrestling card podcast.
