Wow, that's great. That's a compliment. Fasten your seat belts, folks. Today we'd like to take you on a little journey called the card coaster. Some of you may be familiar with Mike Trout, American born baseball player, multiple MVP winner, star hitter for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. On today's version of a card coaster, we'll talk about the ups I went off this ride and the down. Of course, Mike Drop became famous for thriving in the American League west team, the Angels many years ago with his excellent glove in the field, his ability to hit for power and average and just being an all around good guy. But what's happened to his card market in the years since? You will find pragmatic if you don't stop. I'm talking specifically. It's only a nine minute segment. Hang on. I'm talking specifically of. We're 49 seconds and I'm talking specifically about the 2011. Do you know this card? I'm sure to the camera when I hold this card up. Are you familiar with it or not? Just right off. Just right off what it is. Can I just show you what's on my screen as soon as you started talking. Mike Trout. Right, but just on my screen. Off the bat though, without looking at that. Yeah, I would have known you're familiar with. That's his rook. To me, that is his most identifiable card. 2011 tops update, especially VGS95, because that's back. We're talking five years. We go back to the absolute peak in 2021. I believe it was between February and May. This card was doing three to $4,000, depending on the subgrades. It was honestly one of the biggest beneficiaries of the COVID bubble. Because before that, I mean, 2018, 2019, you're talking 100 bucks, 80 bucks, and absolutely nuclear. And it was perfect timing. He had won multiple MVPs over the past couple of years before that, at least two at the time. And phenomenal. Like, he was the guy. And I think if you asked anybody who is the face of the league right now in 2021, this is pre Judge really taken off pre Ohtani because Otani had been playing. But I don't. I think he maybe had one MVP at the time, but he's coming off injuries. Trout was the guy in the mlb, the best player. That card in particular, all of his stuff that. That card went the NBA Finals and the Knicks came back in on a historic record. Why are we starting with this? So what's crazy about this card? I. I picked this up in a consignment lot recently and I thought, man, what is this card doing? I don't care about the Finals. Wemby's down and no one cares. And the Knicks came back from a great thing and Jalen Brunson's up. There you go. What else do you want to say? I'm not sure. Is there anything else to even add to the conversation? I mean, we talk about OG pricing. I mean, OG Anunoby. Great. Nobody cares about him either. If you have anything, sell it right now. He's bam, out of bayou for the Knicks. He's gonna have a moment in the sun. Get rid of him. I would agree. So right now? Of course. Yeah. I just. I don't know. There's nothing compelling. I'm rooting for the Knicks, by the way. I think it's awesome they came back last night. Don't. We can come back to it. Go continue. Yeah, I think it's a much more interesting story because this is a card that if anybody said five years ago, yeah, we buying in at the High. Maybe, but it's Trout. It doesn't matter. All time. Great. Because we hear that all the time. Even with modern cards. By the Goats. Whatever. This card. Let me. Let me just double. I Have it pulled up my card ladder. I also have it pulled if you need it. This card, as of so six months ago, the card was selling for about 500. Hang on, about 370 bucks. 350 to $400 again, depending on the comps. A year ago, $480. Two years ago it kind of peaked out. Same range, about 350 to $410. But back then, five years ago, right now, five years ago to the month, just about 3, $500 for a card with subs like this. With multiple 10 subs, the card now sells for between 5 and 550 bucks. It has a pop, by the way, very comparable to The Ken Griffey Jr. 89 upper deck PSA 10 rookie. Almost the same comp. Wait, I thought that had like 40,000. No, the PSA 10 is about 5,000 copies. Maybe a little light, but I think it's within a few hundred of that. If you want to check that. Actually that would be. Sure. I forgot to get a picture of that. Griff. It's amazing though. Who would have ever thought that Trout would be the guy to totally fall off a cliff? I mean here's the thing. When you say totally fall off the cliff though, didn't you just say six months ago he was doing about just like three to 400, something like that? Yeah, I'm saying the cliff from his all time high though. But the other guys have rebounded. This card still has it. And granted, it's not just the market is in a different spot. His market in particular. He's missed a ton of seasons. Still no playoff relevance, obviously. Way overshadowed now by Ohtani and Judge and many other players. I had a poll last night, like would you buy or sell that card right now then? Still a first ballot hall of Famer when it's all said and done. Okay. The fact that it sells for 10% of what Griffey's card sells for. Granted, that's a PSA 10. That's a BGS 95. 10%. And the comps are within. I bet they're within 10%. Griffey's probably 4,500 to 5,000 ish. That's insane to me. How old is Mike Trout? 34. I don't know. I'm. I'm going to guess 34. Does it say when he was born? I'm just curious, like how much does he have a chance? Born 1991. He's exactly 34, by the way. He'll be 35 in a month and a half. I was Looking as you were talking about him, I pulled up the 9.5pricing and currently it's actually, I was showing last sale was 534. So it's gone up since then 5 to 550. But what's really strange to me is the disparity between a9.5 and a10. A PSA 10 or BGS? BGS 10. Sure. Well, if you look at black labels, by the way, there are $30,000 sales. Well, yeah, let's not count the black label, but like to count a 9. 5, which is supposed to be the equivalent to the PSA 10, you're talking about almost a $500 difference. Like it's $980. Was the last sale on the PSA 10. Hang on, I asked PSA and you said no BGS. You are talking about the PSA. I'm going. I'm talking about all three of them, actually. So the PSA 10 is at $980. So about double. Okay. But if you go to a BGS 10, that card is doing last 1650. Yeah, it's. I don't get how does that make. Why do you see it as it should? It's only a little bit. I know, but it's not the. It's on a black label. It was a pop, and that's probably like 50. What's the pop in the PSA? What's a PSA 10 pop. It's around what you thought it was actually. No, it's almost 7,000. So it's even more than the grippy. But that's what's weird to me. A that does 10 or that there's a premium for the 10. Of course. But why is it a premium for a 10? But it's not an equivalent or at least close to an equivalent for the 9. 5 to a PSA 10. Because people pay more for BSA right now, period. But that's where apples to apples. I'm just pointing out a fact to the listener. Does that make sense to you? I don't think it does. I don't think it makes sense that it's like$530 for a9.5 for the same grade. Oh, but this is the same with every single card in the history of man the last five years. I. I know, but it doesn't mean it doesn't has to stay that way if more people understand, like, oh, that's a 95. Same same grade technically as a PSA 10. Correct. Both gem men. And this has subgrades, by the way, the cost. Except if you give it. Unless it's just slightly better in 10, it means all subgrades are tens, right? No, you can have 195 or you can have 195. All tens. Yeah. So you have one. So it's still technically a PSA 10 no matter what. But to BGS, if you grade it over there, it's a pristine 10. And that is the equivalent of. Hang on, that's not true. A PSA 10 is not a BGS 10. It's a 10. It's a gem mint PSA grade. They just don't have a higher one. It is because PSA 10, like just you, you just said it. They don't have a higher. But it's not equivalent. A lot of PSA 10 over to PSA, it would be a 10. No, it wouldn't. Oh. If you send it to PSA, it would be A 10. And if you sent a pristine 10 to PSA, it'd be A 10. And if you send a black label to PSA, it'd be a 10. Right. But if you sent a PSA 10 over there, it would not be a pristine. It would not be a black label. It's not interchangeable. Those things are not. They're not interchangeable. As far as BGS has other grades, which I. And. But this is the point I'm getting to. That's awesome. That's actually a good thing. I like that I can differentiate. So the fact that PSA does not have that, they only have a 10. Why is it that we are saying, oh well, we're. It's a premium for these. Not for the tins, for the black labels. But if it's the same grade. No, it's half correct. No answer. There's never been an answer for that. So yeah, that's the point. My whole point though is it is wild to think. And I got this because I don't want to keep rehashing the Wemby thing and just doing the I'm right cheer. But that's why I get it. I start thinking about this because I get. Sometimes I. And we get very caught up in who is great right now as my justification for getting rid of Wemby stuff. Getting rid of my Ant man stuff a couple weeks ago. They're great right now. Doesn't mean they're going to be great in a few years. Mike Trout is an all time great. I mean, only two people in the history of baseball have more MVPs than the man Ohtani and Barry freaking Bonds. He's an all time. Great. He's the first ballot hall of Famer. He's probably at 500 soon and a player of a generation. And yet look what his market's done from his hyped point. Here's the question. Do you go ahead and buy him as. Not as a quick flip, but you buy him and just hold him. Because I get to say point to right now. Absolutely. Will start leaning away from the oh, this is what he did in the last game or he's injured this season and they'll just remember, oh, all those records you just mentioned. Well, none of them are records. What's the issue? Okay, so here's. Yeah, but here's my problem. And that's a warning as well. Just because he's going to be a first ballot hall of Famer and a great player of this generation for a seven, eight years period, probably the best, it does not necessarily mean he's going to have an all time market either. That's fair. That's what he's so buying in now. Yes, I think it's safe, but I'm also not like, oh, I think it's going to go back to three grand. I don't, I don't know that ever happens. I don't think it goes up to three grand. Do I think it's safe though if you want him like, hey, I want, I want a Mike Trout. He was super instrumental in that time period of my collecting. Sure. But, but I just like, I'm not even talking go back and buy Willie Mays. I'm just saying there's also like this middle ground of like, hey, I don't think you should be collecting modern guys super heavy long term unless it's very rare stuff because you're about to see. I got news for you. If the Knicks lose this weekend, and I mean, excuse me, if the spurs lose this weekend, I had guys offering me Wemby Silvers last night for 2700. They're sitting on Facebook like 2727, 2800. PayPal direct, right on Facebook sold I guess apparently on eBay for 31. So that's kind of crazy. And that wasn't today, yesterday, right after fees though. Yeah, it's before the biggest finals loss in the history of the NBA. Yeah, that was crazy. You now lose the next game and then go into the off season. And again, the point wasn't like, oh, you're so. But the point is even Wemby has done nothing. Mike Trod is the first ballot guy and was the guy that's why like I say there, there is always a need for caution. Where are we at in the grand scheme of things? Sure. So anyways, I just thought it was interesting that card is on. There are other reasons I brought up. I literally posted on my ebay live show Sunday night. I'm trying to pump that. But I did. I put a big poll up and I had. I had like 200 comments already of hey, here's kind of the history of this card. Here's the pop in the vast majority. Like I would buy that card right now for the 500ish range. Yeah, sure. I don't think it's a bad idea. Are they just not available? I mean people would buy it. Why don't they just go out and buy it? I mean you're asking people hypothetically at this price, would you buy. You're not saying buy this card. If you want to buy this card Sunday night ebay live greats in the show. But I do think it's interesting how quick we forget like we're all about Ohtani and Otani is out of this world. That's different. Yeah, but Judge's career as of right now and Trout very similar. Like if you compare just their top five seasons to right now, he also won three MVPs. Like they're both on that same level. That is interesting. I wonder what did you look up what Trout or Judge is going for right now for his rookie? I didn't look up anything. Judge. He's also injured and gonna miss four, four to six weeks I think. But you just compared the two of them, right? Yeah, they're peaks. They're five year peaks. Yeah. Very comparable. Three MVPs in a five year period for both of them. Do you consider the Judge rookie, the one where he's catching like he's up in the air? Yeah, It's a tops 2017 tops. Yeah. Yeah. So like that. So a 2017 tops nine five. So what's the pop? That's weird. It doesn't show. It doesn't have it in card letter. I guess I can just pull it up. But it does show a 10. A 10 PSA 10. Excuse me, IS311 was the last one? Yeah, I bet there's way, way more of those. Actually it's less pop. Shockingly less. So the pop count for PSA 10s is 6300 for judge and for the trout 75 69. Oh, much less. Almost. No, but I mean I actually would have thought it was a lot more on the Aaron Judge. Yep. So that is interesting though. The same exact car. Now Judge also has a million different variations and all that. So yeah Allen does does chart does value change at all if he goes to any other franchise besides the awful Angels? Because look at. Look at Otani, right? He was the same thing piddling away down in Anaheim and being in LA myself nobody gave a about the Angels and all of a sudden now obviously they go and the world changes because of the Dodgers. Well but hang on to the Royals now the difference though is Ohtani's hobby market was extreme the second he started pitching and hitting and winning MVPs even in LA. Even with the Angels it helped going to the Dodgers. So why was Trout's not Trout was you could argue came off to a better start his career and and no in LA can figure out why Trout has stayed there. He's played in three playoff games his entire career with the Kansas City Royals. Thirteen at best. Against the Kansas City Royalty he was 0 and 3. Yeah they lost all three games but his hobby did the same. Like he had a crazy spike back then. He's also just on years of not having a complete season. Well he hasn't been top 10 in MVP voting in years now. He hasn't been healthy in a long time. If he went to a contender. So let be awesome. Absolutely. Well he's. Well he's from. Let's. He's from Jersey. Let's say he goes back and at the end of his career decides he wants to play for the Yankees or something and it becomes a role player on the Yankees. What happens to his card value then? It is weird because like obviously he wouldn't be the guy but if he got a chip late it's not the same in baseball. Like Kevin Garnett getting a chip later in his career with the saw with the Celtics was amazing. Trying to think of other guys who did. Ray Bork getting a chip with the Avalanche was unbelievable in baseball I don't think people really care unless you're the guy and you get the chip by the way Judge. So I was looking at the base also stinks in the playoffs. By the way Aaron Judge. Aaron Judge is at all time highs right now by far. Like if a year ago this time a year ago really actually and before I even get into the price. Well, caveat. Let's talk about this. The one that I was talking about, the Judge card was a base. The refractor version of that card far exceeds it. As far as like the the value goes. Of course it would but there's 1300 of those. Was it like $1500? That one is about 1200. So 6, 5, 6x. So that 1, 4x currently sells for about 1200. That judge sells for 12. But a year ago, say let's call it June 15th. Five hundred and fifty bucks. So that's crazy. In the middle of an unbelievable season going on the route to the. That's what I mean. He has exploded in value. I think that's more just a symptom of the market over the past year. Actually don't even go back a full year. Go back to November. Done. I'm there. November. $555. That's not like a low. That's like at average $555. What are they now? 1200. Multiple sales, multi. I mean like. And that's not even the high. The peak was 1600 in April. In April. Dang. Okay. Yeah, yeah. And Judge, another guy was choked in the playoffs. The difference is he plays for the Yankees. He's an unbelievable home run hitter. Even this year his average things this year he has 17 home runs. He was top five when he got hurt. He'll be back in time for a playoff run too. I guess. Again I just, I know the short sighted play and like hey, we all want the next guy. I think that's super dangerous. Even the next guy of the decade. I'm just. Is my warning is hey, you also have to be careful there. Yeah. Again, nobody. Trout is the guy six years ago, the guy number one pick in the league if you're starting a franchise. Not close. And now granted he's getting older, but dude, just years of injuries. Like this stuff changes. I guess that's my whole point. Things change quick. Body's made of glass. Yeah. And it does. It kind of relates to the finals last night. Like dude, if Wemby and them win that game last night in Madison Square Garden, blow them up by 30. Those silvers are going crazy. I mean they were up by 25 points half the game. The Knicks did not have a lead until like 103, 102 or 104, 103. Didn't have a whole lead in the entire freaking game. I was watching it and I thought it was just a done deal. I because I had been great or breaking all day yesterday. I was just kind of keeping up with it because they were like, Jesse, you know who's going to win? Just. And I'm just throwing out answers of 100%. It's going to be Wimby and Spurs. And I hadn't looked at it. So when I did finally look and I saw, oh, there had 20 points. Oh, dang, I nailed that one. And I just like, yep, I'm going to bed. Not worried. They won. And I wake up this morning and I'm like, oh, crap. Like, that was absolutely. That's why you play with Disney cards. And I love every minute. Impressive. And I get. And I get the scale of being a Super bowl more impressive. That or Patriots 28, three. Disney. Oh, 28, three. Yeah. No question. 25 points in football. Well, yeah, 25 points. How many times has a team in any situation come back down? 25 at the NBA. I bet it's a hundred times. How many times that happened in football. They're 25 points in the NBA and football. Well, you just asked. That's the same. It was a Finals. It was the same, though. I mean, but I'm talking about a team collapsing or a team coming back. I mean, no matter what, what the, what the spurs did, they were always backpedaling. They were on their heels. Right. At least in football you can slow it down. The Falcons had a chance to reset. Defense goes to office. That's why it's even worse. All three phases of the game suck for the Falcons. Yeah. No, it's the Patriots. That Patriots win is something you'll never see again, ever. I don't think you'll ever see that again. Again. I get. This is only NBA Finals Game 4. I. I would argue it was more impressive, this type of comeback because you have to keep the pressure on back and forth for nine minutes straight. Whereas at least the Patriots, Falcons, Falcons had a chance. There were timeouts. You could reset, change your offense, change your defense. This to me just feels like it was a train wreck and they just couldn't slow it down. So I guess I would argue this was more impressive. I mean. Oh, yeah, no, I, I think, I think 25 points in the NFL is way more difficult than 25 points in the NBA. What? That game you're referring to the Patriots game? When was that a Super Bowl? Yeah, Super Bowl. It was Super Bowl. Yes. That's. Dude, fun fact. I was at the Jacquier's house watching that and the. And the hold horse and a whole bunch of other people. Chad and. And Melody. I love how we keep naming them. I don't care. They were like losing their minds because like everybody just hated the Patriots then. And at halftime I told hand, I was like, hey, let's just go. Oh, I remember. I'm literally, I remember more of the drama of you leaving their house to go watch the game at home so you could watch it in quiet. And it was from that moment on that everyone just kind of knew, oh, if the Patriots are playing, either if you're going to invite Mike, you guys have to be take it seriously or just leave him alone. Well, yeah, my rule is I don't care if you root against, like, root for your team. I hate people who are just like, oh, I'm just rooting for whoever the Patriots play. Yeah, against the Patriots. It's stupid. I hate that. And they didn't care. But I left, went home, and I told Hannah. I was like, I'm good. We were living at 250 in the apartment. Oh, yeah. I was just like, I'm good. No phone, no nothing. Finally I looked at my phone. Had like. Man, it was like 36 or something. Oh, you had to go home and watch? No, I shut it off. We didn't have cable at the time. I remember that. So then I had to call Russ, who was out at a bar watching him or restaurant. I don't know what he was doing. I was like, hey, I need your login to Verizon to watch on my phone. Got it. Just in time to see the tying touchdown on the win. Touchdown. That's crazy. It was unbelievable. Well, I mean, here's. If that was like the in game, if that game, that finals game last night was the, you know, game seven or game. Call it. It was their fourth game. Still not NFL though. And. But Alan, Alan, do me a favor. Allen, in the history of the NBA, how many times have. Can you look this up? How many Times has a 25 point deficit been overcome? And then look that up in the NFL in the. In the second half of both, by the way. Agreed. Agreed. But again, it was the gravitas of NBA Finals. It was the greatest comeback. I'm talking Super Bowl. What are we talking? What the hell's going on here? I'm not. I'm not talking about the. The gravitas of the event. Right. This was one of possible six or seven games, depending on how far this finals goes. A Super bowl is beyond anything else. I'm with you. Absolutely. It is. It is absolutely beyond anything else. In the net itself there is a finals logo like so you know how the net is typically there's holes in between the the strings. In one of them there is not a hole. It is actually filled in with a it a finals logo patch that they have now taken out and it is put into a card. Did you know that net hangs on a metal circular object called a rim? So anyway, Wild there is somebody Jack settlement apparently put out a tweet saying I'll pay a million dollars for this card. So I looked up Jack Zoman because I didn't know who Jack Settleman. Jack Settlement Card guy. CEO and founder. I know Jack. Hey, Alan Sports. Come on, bro. Yes, he knows him. Oh, he is the CEO of Snapback Sports. Yeah. I was about to say. I've been sitting on that Ohtani lot for forever. Oh, there's a ton of other stuff I've been selling. I counted yesterday, there's 62 Ohtani's rookies that are in that lot that I had put aside for my grading box. PSA shut down. I dragged my feet to get them. My question now is, do I go sg? Because I'm going to grade them now. I don't want to wait nine more months. I want them back in time for the playoffs. I think I'm actually going to go back to our friends over at sgc. Yeah. I don't think the discrepancy is worth it. Like, the grading. I would. I mean, I honestly would double check. What is a. They do 200 to 400. Yeah. As a PSA for all of them, SGC is about 70% in general. But again, you're talking an extra 60 bucks a card. And I like the fact that I get the 9.5onsec. I thought about Beckett. Oh, it might be even. It may be. If you're going to live sell them. I might go, so do PSA because it just. Oh, it's not worth it. BSA a lot of. I mean, it's. It sounds like 70% of what to you said to 40 or something. I mean, that's pretty close to 80 bucks. And you're still going to have to pay what? Actually, you just need to make up a difference of like 60, maybe 50 bucks. 60 bucks is a difference in grading. Yeah. So. Yeah, but a lot. If a car is only worth 100, 150 bucks as a PSA 10, it's not worth it. Not spending $80. I can sell it raw for bigger than anything. Yeah. I mean, I'm just saying, if you said the card was worth 250 or something as a PSA 10, still not worth it. If it's worth 75 bucks raw and it jumps up to 200, I got to put 80 into it. That means I'm now at $155. A PSA 9 is not doing much more than 80. I'm already negative. And SGC 9, I still make my 20 bucks back. So. Yeah, it's not. For me, anything under 3 to $400 is not even close to worth it. Raw. Just. Just to point out what I had heard was PSA 10 sells for $250. SGC 10 is about 70% of that comes out to be $175. Mm. So even if you added in the $60, you're still net positive. More selling a PSA 10 than you are the SGC 10. Yeah. Again, perfect world. Sure. But I also think a lot of these will end up nines, because in general, most of my stuff does a nine. Five still generally outsells a nine. And now I'm saving the 75. The 60 bucks. Grading disparity, that discrepancy. That would be true. Yep. And anything small I do at the $80 level, it's 300 bucks raw and above. If there's a clear 2 to 1 multiplier, a PSA 10 has to sell for at least a 300 rock card has to sell for at least 600 at the lowest PSA 10 for me to do the $80 service, 300 is my mark in the sand. Okay. All right. Well. But I have thought about Beckett too. But honestly, it's a time. Beckett's almost double the time now. It's. It's 80 to 90 business days for Beckett is what I saw last night. Many of the characters numbered cards just non. Non auto. Just a numbered car. They more recently have been going down in value. Unless it depends. Depends on the product because it's like that product. Are those chrome cards or this is Masterwork. So they are thicker. Typically a more matte. Yeah, it's like a gloss. Depends on the car. But yeah. Okay. But not chrome. The but it doesn't really matter in a lot of cases. Even though like the thicker ones kind of have a little bit of a premium sometimes. But it is much more of a world where we have gotten so many of these cards right. And it's like. Well, the demand is not always there. There's levels of this perversion. So it's the most rare one. It's a full art card and it just sold for about $20,000. And they've been steadily going up. There's a fabled set that came out a couple sets ago that has all like Mickey Mouse and tons of characters that if you have a box of this, you're almost guaranteed to pull one of them. And they raw go for minimum of three. The Mickey goes for thousand. Yeah. 10. No, no, I'm sorry, 300. Okay. The Mickey goes for 10,000. And then there's everything in between. So I'm just saying, like, it's not one non sport. It's not one product or one maker of products. This world is exploding to the point where it's like Pokemon's big. And that is still like the king of all cards. And I'm talking about all cards, right? Sports cards. It's bigger than everything else combined, quite frankly. But this is where you're getting the spillover, where it's like, I can't get Pokemon or I'm tired of it or it's like the people. That's who these people are, though. Oh, absolutely. But it's big money. Pokemon is always known for being like accessible and cheap. Why would it be the same? It's. It's definitely not accessible these days because if you want it, you have to go out and either scout or you have knock a kill target pretty much. So at this point it's like, well, what do you go to? What do you get? And people are going after one piece. That was a big thing and it still is. But I think for the majority of like people, especially in the States, they don't know one piece all that well. I don't. Yeah, they just kind of jumped on the bandwagon because those different characters or those Disney people too. No, no, that's totally different Japanese skip. No skip button. Trying to be nice. So with that being said, you don't have. You don't have one piece being as popular for a lot of people who actually do a collecting. So more accessible, you think? And they do know Disney though. I think Disney and everything that they own, the Star wars, the Marvel, all those IPs. Everything intellectual property, is in a position to be the next Pokemon. And I'm not saying, like, I'm not saying it's going to be one product. I'm saying the IP popularity in the card world. I don't even know anything about it. I don't think anything's getting close to Pokemon ever. Not even close. Nothing. I would like to go to the first part of what you said. I don't know anything about it. And we'll just leave it there. Yeah, I don't think anything. I don't think sports cards or anything are close to Pokemon. Not in popularity volume, anything. So even you say how many releases are there a year? There's a few. There's not like a million. Pokemon's good stuff all the time. They mass produce it four or five Pokemon things a year. But it's, it's more of the fact of we can't just stay in Pokemon altogether forever. At least all the, the flippers and the people who are actually into it, they want to explore other areas of cards. And because cards are obviously still very popular, that's what they're getting into. They're getting into the non sport and. Or other TCG IPs that land in the Disney world. So that's. It's just something that as a bubble, like we did in 2020, 2021 then because it's such a small market, so it's been so aggressively. So I'm not saying that there's not bubble tendencies, especially with, with a few of these like the Lorcana. I think there's some aspects of bubble on some cards because everyone thought for A long time. Lorcana was going to be big and then it came out and then it kind of fizzled a little bit, at least for a number of releases. But now these last couple sets have just gone out of this world. Topps make that. No, no. Ravensburg Raven Burger. I can't remember. So anyways, internal burger. Got it. The. The popularity though is all based around these characters, is all based around the Disney ip. And so if you see cards doing thousands and thousands of dollars, it does make me think, oh, well, what were they doing a week ago? I was doing half or a quarter of that. Yeah. Then it starts to make me wonder. But at the same time, it's. It's still a world that I think you're safe if you are not paying extreme, like at the very tip top of prices. At this very right now. You would be paying tip top prices if you were trying to flip it. Now if you're gonna hold it, I think you're safe no matter what. Really? Yeah. And I put my money where my mouth is. I spent 20 grand in Lorcana this morning. Did you build up that basement yet? You buy in Elsa cards. What's going on here? Where is the basement? That money's all set aside.
