The base set covers at least 91 cards split across three groups: a standard Base run (cards 1–57), Wrestling Icons (58–80, skip-numbered), and MLW Highlights (81–100). Three autograph programs, Fresh Paint Signatures, Legacy Signatures, and Portrait Signatures, anchor the hit content, while four insert sets, Blank Slate, Le Cinque Piu Belle, State of the Art, and Paint by Numbers, round out the non-auto pulls.

Parallel print runs are serial-numbered: Ruby /199, Sapphire /99, Jade /25, Gold /10, and Masterpiece 1/1. No pack-level pull odds have been published.

Ring Royalty is hobby-exclusive. There is no retail version.

Watch the Masterpiece and Gold parallel market closely in the first two weeks post-release; those low-numbered pulls from a debut set tend to set the ceiling for the entire product. The Wrestling Icons subset is also worth tracking if any skip-numbered cards turn out to be short-printed.
