Last night was one of those behind-the-scenes moments that reminded me what it really takes to build something special. Cody and I spent nearly 14 hours learning every part of the Whatnot backend after our Swingit With Winget live show. We sorted, packaged, and shipped more than 1,000 cards from 400+ lots. But this wasn’t just about shipping. We analyzed every lot, tracked the numbers, studied the data, looked for ways to improve the experience, and found opportunities to make our shows even better. If we were only shipping, it probably would’ve taken us 8 to 10 hours. Instead, we chose to slow down so we could learn, improve, and build a stronger business. The biggest takeaway? A whole new level of respect for my rockstar wife, Malissa. ❤️ She does all of this herself in less than 5 hours, week after week. Seeing everything that goes into the backend gave us an even greater appreciation for how much she does for our team. One of my favorite parts of the night was getting to know our community even better. I was able to write personal thank you notes, include a few surprise gifts, and show some extra love to many of our VIP buyers. Those moments matter. Success isn’t built during the live show. It’s built in the hours nobody sees. The late nights. The learning. The constant pursuit of getting just 1% better every day. Grateful for an incredible team. Grateful for our amazing community. And we’re just getting started. Let’s go! 🔥💪 #DoHardThings #swingitwithwinget #bradwinget #wingetsportscards #sportscardcommunity
