Welcome back to the Hobby Chop Podcast. This is the podcast for the people. I am Big Ken. He is back. He is zip, zip. How you doing, my friend? I'm doing awesome. And I'm back from Disney. I survived. Was there. Was there just a crap ton of people there that. That week? No. No. Because everyone was really smart and they were like, it's Florida in August. Let's not go to Disney World. But I, you know when. And it was hot as hell, except for the Mickey Mouse Halloween party on the Friday night when it was. It was at night. And it's like 85 at night. And it was like, beautiful. It was great. But I have this mug here. If you're watching on YouTube, you'll see it. It's. It's a funny story. So I have. I. This is my one story I'd like to share. So this is a. It's like a Star wars mug, if you can kind of see it. There's like. There's like little wookies and there's all this stuff, right? It's a nice ceramic mug. So my wife's not Zebra big into Star Wars. I watched it. I watched like all of them when I was little. Loved Star Wars. And so they have Oga's Cantina, which, if you remember, like Han Solo, like with the. The. That scene, you know, like when I do that horribly. You know exactly what I mean? Right. Okay. So I Beckett reservations for us there to go eat there. Right? We get in there, it's dark as hell. I can't see anything. And it's. It's Florida. So I had sunglasses on. I have a double stigmatism, right? I have. I have these glasses. And as we get in there, we get brought to where we are located. And I say that because it's a bar. There's no seating and I have a toddler. So they brought a. They brought Zebra high chair, a Zebra high chair to the bar. So Lucas sat at the bar with me and my wife and funny. And my wife looks at me like, jordan, wtf? What? I was like, I had no idea. I just remember the movie. I thought this would be cool. And then he had to get his diaper change. And guess what? There's no bathroom. There's no bathroom there. So my wife takes him and runs out to a bathroom close by. So I'm So all that to say more, time for you to drink while she's gone, right? What is this mug? Right? Okay, so I. It's really dark, like I said. I take my sunglasses off because I can't even see the menu with how dark it looked like when we went to Tau, Remember? Yu-Gi-Oh So I, I have the menu up like this, trying to read it real close to my face, and I order this drink because I saw it was like, it was like rum, pineapple juice. Like, it was like a nice little summery drink. So I get it. Come to find the, the bartender goes, oh, Yu-Gi-Oh you get to keep the, the glass too. I was like, oh, cool. Great. Great. It's a 50 drink, Ken. I ordered a 50 drink, which I have this great mug now, but I didn't know it till I got the bill and I looked. I was like, wait, what? Because then I got my glasses back by then. So all that to say, Yu-Gi-Oh I, I, I got a 50 drink, and I got. You're gonna get, you're gonna get $50 worth of your use out of it. I'm gonna keep. Yu-Gi-Oh you know what? They robbed the blind there. I, I Goldin see anything. And the one time I can't see. You know what I mean? They're big on that, right? They're big on refills. Keep the cup. You go back for refills, but the cup cost you 50 bucks, so you better go back for refills. Yu-Gi-Oh No, but overall, dude, great trip. It was a blast. I, I, I needed it more than I had realized because I've, I've been working like 60 hours a week, and before doing anything card related, right? So, Yu-Gi-Oh I needed it, and it was fun, so it was a good time. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh Welcomes in Sports card, the Hobby Bill. What up, guys? John Dortch in the house. Hey, gentlemen. Bill likes the mug, says, disney wants your money. So you're back. We're here. Josh Jacob, right? He just got, Yu-Gi-Oh two misdemeanors today, and, oh, so Marshawn Lloyd to the moon. And I wouldn't have known it, but our, you know, we just had the draft the other night, Sunday night for our hobby chop league. And DJ Dave said sends me a message today with a screenshot showing Josh Jacobs getting arrested. Says, hey, I have Lloyd. You know, if you want to trade him for CD Lamb, let me know that. That's how I found out. That was my reporting news today to find out. Trade him for CD Lamb. Yu-Gi-Oh on the trade for CD Lamb. But you know what? Like, in, in usual form of the NFL, I'm gonna say it like, I think they're probably going to say, well, well, we're going to wait and let the, Let them do the investigation before we, you know, we pass, you know, some, Some suspension on him. Yu-Gi-Oh Who knows? The suspension will probably be next year. Yu-Gi-Oh So I think we're probably. I think we're probably good. I think we're probably good this year for. For Josh Jacobson. I know when we were doing it, Billy said the same thing. He's like, you know, and I just wanted to say, probably the way the NFL works, you probably don't have anything to worry about this year. And if I do, I do, but I. I still have CB Lamb. Yep. Oh, man. So, wel. Welcome back. Shout out to Steve SLPC for filling in with. For you last week. I don't know if you caught the episode, but he did a great job. Yu-Gi-Oh it was a. It's a great episode. Appreciate him for, for, for filling in, but we have a pretty good episode ready to roll today. I think we're gonna push your. Your massive. Your massive to the back. So crazy. That was just. That was it. We could tease it. We could tease it because I, I put it in the description, you know, a massive. A massive lot that you Beckett up. So it's so like, this is. This is, how I'll put it, is like the lot itself was huge. I don't know what the end number is gonna be. I didn't pay necessarily an insane amount of money for it. And the craziest thing about it is I got a card worth at least well into the 2000s for $25. And that. This is the. This is. I'll leave it at this. We'll come back to it. The biggest thing about it is it wasn't luck. In fact, it was sitting there on Facebook Marketplace for over a week as I was in Florida. And when I was in Florida, I messaged the guy, hey, if you still have this when I get back, I'll be interested. That's. That's what I'll tease it with. And I. I could not believe it was still there when I got back. So I'll leave it at that and we'll circle. And what was my comment to you? The longer it sits there, the better the deal, the better for me. Absolutely. Yu-Gi-Oh Absolutely. Yu-Gi-Oh You knew that's gonna happen. Yep. Yu-Gi-Oh So we'll jump into today's episode. You know, couple. Couple reasons got me on this episode, and I know you've been away, and I, like, came up with all this and sent it to you today and said, here we go, buddy. Well, you're like, Yu-Gi-Oh you were like, add in anything if you want And I'm like, what. Where would there be room for me to add anything in? I mean, we have a, we have a full slate here. And in my notes, I still have our NFL predictions. That's just squeaking at the end of the episode. And I actually went in and, and I updated one, one of my division winners. So. Okay, so good thing we waited a week. Yu-Gi-Oh absolutely. So a couple reasons. A lot of people reach out to me and even people talk in here, like, we'll get comments in here, you know, live comments, and, and I'll get them on my solo episode is, you know, people asking all the time, is there a bubble? Like, is there going to be a bubble? Like, can. Can stuff keep going up? Like, what is going on? How is, how is everything still going up? Right? So, you know, I thought this, this would make a great episode. And what. The last time we saw the bubble pop, right, was 2021. So. Or, or just after 2021. So I thought, can we, can we compare 2021 to 2026, right, and say, and say, look, this is what was happening then, this is what's happening now. Is there any comparison? Right? Do we, do we see some similarities? Do we see a lot of differences? You know, that, that type of thing and, and is, is the market being manipulated? You know, I did, I did an episode last week on Shaq, and a lot of people saying to me that this is just a manipulated market. Like, you know, people are just pushing up, pushing up players, right, Just to, you know, with content, content creators or whatever, bigger names in the hobby, pushing things. And next thing you know, everybody's jumping on board and wanting to, to, to, you know, run out and just pay whatever to get, get those cards. Yu-Gi-Oh it's, it's interesting. I mean, I know one card specifically we talked about pre and now post national, is that Brady Bowman, Chrome? When we talk about manipulation, I think of that as such a staple of a card in the hobby, an important card. And it, it dipped significantly after the national. I wouldn't say it like, took a nosedive, but it definitely lost some juice. So I think you see an example there how widespread it is. I have no idea, though. Like, I, like, I, I don't, I don't think anyone who tells you they know either they're doing it or like, like, right, like, like, I don't know how you would know, but what I can say is it does seem like people are more intelligent rather than like, I remember in Covid times, like, with that, the, the, the card set I remember like when I got back into the craze was 2019, 2020 Mosaic basketball, which was Zion Williamson and John Morant and there were a bunch of other fringe like, like lower end rookies in that class that like cards of theirs were just selling crazy, that were like nonsense, garbage cards. And what I'll say is now it really does seem like the money is going to places that seem like there's an explanation behind and there's solid reasoning behind why the money's going to certain cards. More so than like some random rookie from this year. It doesn't even matter who, like insert player or whatever, right? Like that. That's what I would say. If that, if that makes sense. It does. And I think too, I mean, one of the first things we see, one of the first comparisons, we see it, you know, just during COVID and after Covid, right? Everything, I mean everything was selling. It didn't matter what it was. It was selling from, from ultra modern all the way back. And it didn't matter what it was as long as it had any value. And especially if it was graded, right? As soon as stuff was graded, you know, it was selling for a hundred dollars this week and 125next week and 150the week after. We just kept seeing it going up and up and up. I have a great thing to say about that too, which is really funny that you mention it because when I think back to that time and I was so uneducated and so green, I knew, I really knew nothing. And I didn't even know there were parallel cards because every piece of content I saw was about PSA 10 Prizm based cards like Luca and Zion. And like that's just. I, I didn't know anything more than that. You know what I'm saying? Like, and there are so many people like that getting into it. I want to say now in 2026. And I'm going to come at this from personal experience too. What I'm feeling in the hobby, I don't one-of-one I don't one-of-one be involved in the ultra modern stuff. I really don't. I start looking at a lot of these markets and a lot of these players. That's how I got on the Shack, you know, that, that episode, that last episode. But you know, not only basketball, but football and baseball, trying, trying to, trying to find, you know, pockets in there that are, you know, of, of hall of Famers, right? And we, you know, that was last week's episode prospecting hall of Famers. But that. And, and here that's just coming from me. Right. And I know there's a lot of other people out there that are starting to feel similar, that we're feeling beat down from. From the wax, right? From. From buying the hobby boxes, from the whatnots, and. And. And everything else. Feeling a little beat down and everybody used, you know, don't go buy the box, buy the card. Don't waste your money on that. Just go buy the card. It's cheaper in the long run, you know. Everything else. Yu-Gi-Oh and. And I think. I think that's where we're at right now in 2026. So instead of people, you know, spending all that money on wax, I think more money is going into the cards, and people are saying, you know what? I want this card or I want that card, or I believe in this player, and I'm willing to pay a little extra because I want the card and I want to hold on to it. I mean, there's a ton of flipping going on, but I think a lot of times, you know, we talk. You would be the first one to say, right, there's more collectors in this hobby than. Than anyone else. Yu-Gi-Oh I heard you mention that on the. On the podcast last week. And. Yes. And. And how, like, how you define and identify that. We could just spend a whole episode like. But. But, like, for. For how I believe and what I think about it. Sure. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh for sure. Also, I thought it was funny. You were like, Yu-Gi-Oh going after vintage and 70s and this and that. And then it was like, here's my pickups, ultra modern. It just cracked me up, by the way. You're like, here's my pickups, ultra modern cards. I was like, well, it's hard to get out of it because, like, this is what I'll say to that too, though, because when I was thinking about this and I read through the sheet today, I totally think you're right on that shift. But with that being said, when a modern player does pop off, I think it's going to explode even more than before. Like, the perfect example is Pete Crow Armstrong right now, who is technically ahead of Otani in the NL MVP race right now. His cards have exploded. And when. So, like, going forward, people will be more hesitant on prospecting maybe. Like, there's always that gambling aspect to the hobby. There's always going to be people who are going to be prospecting, Right? But, like, I think once a player hits some certain level, whatever that is, as a prospect to, like, graduate to something else, it will just, boom. You know what I Mean, like, I think there's that next level to it, like, opposed to where, like, it's almost like when a prospect, I, I'll just say Beaumont got called up. Their peak was when they got called up. And now it's like, maybe not just in baseball, maybe in other sports, it's like when a prospect does hit that level, it's like, oh, they hit it. Now it's time to jump even more because people are looking for more of that security. So I do agree with, I don't know. Have you thought about that abstract with the, with the prospecting in this market now, Prospecting new players. So, like, Yu-Gi-Oh this is what I'll say. So, like, I, I always go back to this card because it breaks my heart. It was a 2018 National Treasures, Shea Gildish Alexander, RPA. Okay, I bought that card for like, 2300 and I sold it for like 2800. I made 500 bucks. I was pumped. And then the last I checked, it was over $10,000 since he's one-of-one an MVP. But what I'm saying to that, though is like, I think that example, like, I, I don't think it's gonna need to take as much for a guy like Shay Gildish Alexander to go out and do what he did with the mvp. Finals mvp. I think he one-of-one the MVP again. Did he one-of-one the MVP again? I think he one-of-one the MVP again. Anyways, like, I don't think it's going to take that much for a prospect to then get solidified, for the prices to then jump. Does that make sense? Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh You know, I, I, I think with players who have established themselves. Right. And I'm just going to take a step back because now you're talking about a 2018 card and. All right, I'm saying ultra moderate. I know that's still ultra, you know, considered ultra modern. I'm more, Yu-Gi-Oh I'm more talking about the situation of how, how his career progress than how that price correlated. But like, like, if you took the year out of it is like, here's a guy who's really good, and then I sold the card. And then the next year he one-of-one an MVP and a Finals mvp. Yep. Like at a, not out of nowhere, but like a major progression. That's what I'm saying is, like, when that happens, I think you'll have people have this huge jump. But that, I mean, I think and, and going back to 20, 20, 21, 22. I think everybody was, the prospecting was speculating. Everybody had an idea. Everybody Was like, oh, Mac Jones, you know, oh, you know, this one, that one. So everybody felt like, I'm going to pick one player, I'm gonna buy a whole bunch of his stuff and it's just gonna double, I'm gonna make money, right? And I think that was the mentality of most people. As long as they were a solid rookie and everybody else was buying them in the breaks or their cards were selling at shows or on ebay or things like that, the value was going up. But I think what was going on is people were just watching what everybody else was doing, right? And I think that's really what a lot of what happens in this hobby, right? I mean, we're talking about comps and everything else like that. But if somebody actually believes, right, and they're not taking the cars to the card show or whatever, that you're going to take these cards and put them somewhere. Like, if you took that card and said, look, I, I really believe in this player, right? I want to collect him, I'm just going to put that card on the shelf because I like the card, I want to look at the card. And then three years later when that card went from 2000 to thousand, then you can decide, hey, is it time to sell that card? Do I, do I, you know, like, do I like them enough to keep them or do I want to move them and put. Re. Put that money in something else? But I think the, like, the Cooper Flag stuff right now, that's, that's going crazy. The Otani stuff right now, that's going crazy. I, I think that we all understand those markets, right? We all see going on with, with that player, and they're not, it's not coming down anytime soon. I, you know, it's, it's not going in reverse. It's probably going to keep going up. My, my belief and my thought on, on a lot of this is you just have collectors that all want certain players cards now where four or five years ago they were willing to go in, go in on anybody. Now people are like, you know what? I just want Otani cards. I just want Jordan cards cards. I just, you know, I just want Cooper Flag car. I just want. And they're just picking one player players, and that's what they're buying. And they're saying to themselves, and I've done this too myself, like, I want a player. I know the players on the way up, oh, it's Gonna cost me 10 more dollars, okay? I don't care. Because I wanted the card, right? I don't care, I'll pay the extra 10 or $20. And then the next guy says I'm gonna pay that extra 10 or 20. And the next guy, well then that's, that's a market that's going up and that's a believable market going up. Right. Versus you know what we hear some. And somebody put something up here. And I was, I was, I was really quick. I have a good personal experience of how strong like that goat market is right now. I bought basically a two row box of Michael Jordan cards. Like low end except for like a couple in there. And I bought them for 850 bucks. I put it in a sheet for a big Whatnot guy that paid me 95 of the value on, on everything including from $1 to say like $25. And I cashed out at like, like $1300 for just that within the same day. Like that low end market is so crazy. And I held back like a, like a, a 200 card and like a 80 card and like a 50 card that I've just sent out to PC. So I'm like whatever. And it's just that the, the market on certain players is so, so strong that it's like you just need to get your hands on it. So. Yu-Gi-Oh One of the things I was going to say just in response, you were talking about the ultra modern. I'm still setting up at shows, right. So I still need to, I still need to find cards to sell, you know, to even know that I want to get into that. I mean I'm still, I still have a number of shows. I have I think eight weeks, eight weekends straight of shows starting this weekend that are actually starting last weekend that I still need inventory to, to sell. What is this full game? I don't know, it looks like a spam thing. But. And I just. Yu-Gi-Oh Can I just ask. Yu-Gi-Oh Where was it? There was a comment. JG says a known scammer puts a sticker on that card and it doubles. Complete nonsense. Was that anyone in particular talking about mba Mike Baker authentication? Oh, NBA. Yu-Gi-Oh No, but I think with that being said, the prospecting, it's like you don't have to worry about it. You just kinda go after the blue chip guy and don't even worry about anyone fringing like right. Like Yu-Gi-Oh for this basketball class you could just be like, oh, I'll take all the Coopers cons and Dylan Harper's cool. That's all you need. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh And those are fairly, you know, those are fine. And part it really just makes it easier for dealers. Honestly, I. I think is like, you just. You shrink your buying list and people will come to you with what. You know, with that stuff. Yu-Gi-Oh Then again, it does get more competitive, too, and it's hard, too. Like, what I've seen, you know, over the last, you know, probably six, eight weeks is so many people selling cars that the price is so right. But I'm thinking to myself, I'm gonna. They're having a hard time moving them. I'm gonna have a hard time moving them right where it used to be. Oh, if the price is right, I'll just take it because the next person will buy those cards. Right now I'm looking at some of the names on that and just saying, Yu-Gi-Oh there's really nothing I can do with that. Like, I don't want to be. In my mind. I just don't want to be stuck with cards that. That even though there's value to the cards, that it's. It's becoming a. You know, there's players in markets or that people just don't want. Right. And it just seems like with the football now, it's. It's like you put a Brady in your case, right. You put a Peyton Manning in your case, right? Something like that. I'm a homes in your case. People come up and they add. There's. There's not that many other. A handful of these rookie quarterbacks or, you know, young quarterbacks. But beyond that, there's. There's not a lot you can move, really. So, like, all the skill players, they're not. Well, not really. I mean, I did sell some. Some like, Justin Jefferson autographs this past weekend, things like that, but there weren't easy sales. These are cards that sat in my case at the national, and nobody even looked at them. Yu-Gi-Oh Saquon Barkley. I have a couple of, you know, really nice cards of his. Nobody looks at them, right? I mean, literally, they sat in the case and nobody even say, hey, do you have any room? Could I do. Can you do better? Nothing. Nothing. And I've got them priced at. Priced at the last comp of that card. Yu-Gi-Oh So this new market, right? Compare, like. And so let's talk about it in 2021. All those cards would have been gone instantly. Instantly Every. Everything if it was. If it was a player that was half what, at least half relevant and it was a decent card. Gone, Right. Like, just gone. Now it's. The liquidity as is. Is higher than it. So the liquidity for certain players is Even better than that now. But it ha. It's. It's way more selective. Yep. What's funny about all that is I've been talking to you for a long time now. Secretly, I've been like, hey, this is my ebay search list, right? Like, how long ago have I been telling you? And I'm like, I'm literally just looking at, like, 10 guys tops, right? Yep. And it's just because there's not really. Unless you're collecting someone, right? Like, if you're collecting someone that's so different, but, like, there's no reason to look elsewhere. Like, it's so feasible to pick up these cards of. Of certain players and just move them because of how liquid they are, and you're getting full comp, if not more. Like, every single time I'm sending a card out to auction, it seems like it's setting a new high with these certain players, right? Like. Like, I had a Kobe Bryant card that got actually a certain player, one of them. Yu-Gi-Oh It's like I had a Kobe Bryant card that was a BGS 8.5. That was like 95 bucks in. In the grade that it got when I sent it out, right? And it got auctioned, like, three or four times. It didn't get paid for. And. And it sold for like, 150. And then the last one that got paid for is, like, 240 bucks. It's just like. It's just like every time it didn't get paid, it just got. Kept going higher, and it's like, crazy. And it's like those certain players, it's like, why? Why look anywhere else? What's the point? I bought. I bought seven Jordan cards, 90s inserts, for a hundred dollars. And I. And I paid strong on them. This was just probably in June. I bought them and I put them in a box, and I completely forgot about them. I was looking for something a couple days ago, and I pulled them out. I'm like, oh, my God. I never even brought these to the National. But then I started pricing the cards out again. They're probably 300 worth of cards right now because the price has just gone. So. So it paid for me to. To misplace. Forget about it. Yu-Gi-Oh misplace them in the office, right? So. So let. Let's keep going. I mean, one of the other things. The difference on that market, too, is who's in the market and who's putting money in the market, too, right? I mean, and everybody has seen Kevin o' Leary's videos, right, of talking about, you know, how. How the cards have increased, have gained more value than. Than the stocks have, than the market has over the last, you know, I think he was comparing back to six or eight years on cards so he, you know, them putting money into it. So do you think, because we all know him and we all know Shark Tank, do you think that we all feel better like, like investing our money into certain players saying, like, you know, we know this guy knows what he's doing with money, if he's putting his money and we should feel safe about it? Well, it sure doesn't hurt, especially with all the, like, publicity, like, all, all of his card purchases gets. He goes on these, like, major news networks and talks about the legitimacy of these cards. What's so funny is it's truthfully, like, people, was it Sports Card Live, like one of the last couple weeks had a big section about. They talked about the word pumping, like, almost to a nauseating amount because it just. The. Their chat kept bringing it up. And it's just like, that's the realest thing of pumping. Like, we're talking about, like, we're talking about within our little hobby circle of these certain social media accounts going on and moving markets with. They have this card saying this. These guys are going on like, Fox, cnn, like huge news stations saying, like, making up comps. Like, they. They're like, I think o' Leary on one of the cards, like, oh, Yu-Gi-Oh I bought this at 12 million. It's already 18 million. It's like, like, and he could just say that. And like, that has way more of a reach than anyone in the hobby is gonna. More credibility. Absolutely. And it's just like, like, so feel good about it. Sure. Like, in terms of how it's gonna affect us with our cards and the money. Sure. That how ethical it is. Whole nother thing. Right. Like, if you're just looking at it for your Beckett and what it's doing. Sure. And I mean, I'm not playing in that sphere at all, so I don't really care. I'm just saying, like, it's just kind of ironic, I guess. Like, you know, One of the things I wanted to mention, I, you know, I'm Gonna probably say 20, 22, 23, maybe even a little bit into 24, but definitely 2023. And you go back, listen to some of those episodes in the early seasons I was talking about, you know, wanting to get rare and scarce cards because there wasn't a lot of comps on it and you could make up, you know, you make up your own price on these cards. And, and I had the right idea. I had, I, I was doing everything right. Except for you Goldin sell those cards. Right. It was like, just, people were just like, it's just too much risk. You know, I always, I always had those cards set. I mean, they ended up selling, but they sat for so long, they weren't easy sales. I talked about how hard those sales were, like, thinking like everything was right about the car. Now the cards. Right now we're in this market in 2026, but that's what people want, right? Rare, scarce cards, you know, anything like that. So it, again, if I was a collector and I held all those cards and didn't, you know, try to, to flip those cards like, I did be sitting in a good place right now. Right? But, Yu-Gi-Oh but it's, it's quite a difference when we're looking at, you know, cards from 2021 to 2026, right, that, you know, 2021, they were built off of massive speculations, right now they're really built off of goats and hall of Famers and people really just being more specific about what card they want. Right. And, and, and now we've, we've narrowed it down to so many names, and now that those names are getting, getting, you know, out of reach, cost wise for some people now we're looking at comparable players, like, okay, this person's out. Who's next? Who would be next on the list once people can't afford Jordan and Kobe and, and, you know, Otani or, or who's next? Who, who, who are we looking for next on, on that list? And I think that's what's happening. That's why you're seeing a lot of these hall of Famers and a lot of these other players that I, I, I don't necessarily think that. The, the, the, the money part of it is really a big concern. I think if people can be within a certain percentage, they're like, okay, I'll just buy that card. And, and I, like I said earlier, I know I, I'm the same, same way. I've done the same thing. Yu-Gi-Oh I definitely agree with that sentiment, but I'm, I'm not gonna really change what I've been doing for that really, at all. Well, I don't think it matters right now in today's market if you have a rare card, put it up to auction because people are gonna bid on it. Yu-Gi-Oh it's just so, like, it's more the, the players that I'm talking about is like I think once you start. This is what I'll say once you start coming down tiers of these other hall of Fame and whatever players. Sure there's, there's definitely players that have upside. But like how. When does that stop to like all right, you're. When does. When does that stop to essentially modern day prospecting of when we're talking about the fringy prospecting. Because at the end of the day there's got to be enough people to care about a certain card or a certain player to. For that market to matter. Shaq. I definitely like there's so many points to why that makes sense. Like I'm not talking about Shaq. I'm saying like how far down does it get to where it's like really you're buying so and so because and you're. And you're really, you're really in your mind is like you're, you're relating that to. Well look what the Jordan does and look what the. So this is what this does at some point, right. There's a threshold where that stops and with, with both of those things like where I'm getting at and I don't know what that threshold is in terms of the hall of Famers or the, the retired like established players. I'd rather the same risk or fringiness of a modern day prospect versus that equivalent, whatever that is in terms of a retired or veteran hall of Fame player because the person's actually playing and someone may actually care more about them. Come on, look at this. Ken, we're getting another spam comment. You've made it. I've made it. Now you've made it. Now we're getting spammed for NFL streaming. Let's go to the to, to the chat here. Sports cars, the hobby. Did you see the Upper Deck 89 Griffey NBA sticker, no autos sold for 12k PSA 10. He also said government funded money during COVID Yu-Gi-Oh I mean it wasn't a lot, but it was. Howard is here. Hello, Howard gone collecting said Ken's going from ultra modern to Vintage Jackie Robinson JG QB market extremely soft going into the season. I 100 agree. Bill says just have to wait for the season. Usually we didn't have to wait season but this year I feel like we're, we're in a show me state. Right. Like people are saying I'm not gonna spend up and nobody's market's going up until the player shows me what he's got. Right. That he's gonna play well where whereas in previous years people were all like, oh I know Tyler Shook. He's the guy I need to. So you know, we're what, I don't know how many days away. Maybe eight, ten days away. When's it start? The ninth. Right. So maybe like 12 days or so away to. To the start of the season. But I, you know, I guess that's what we're gonna have to wait for to see. To see what is going on. Vintage Card Collector433 Far too many ultra modern cards to determine what's important. And. And I may. What does it say for far and far? And I may end users too much to hold value long term. Yu-Gi-Oh And, and I don't know how much value is in all these modern cards coming know I do know my man Howard can't get any. I mean he's signing up for every drop and, and he can't even get it. He can't. Can't one-of-one one drop to get to one-of-one the opportunity to overpay for a box. So you know, I, it's not like people aren't buying the boxes. Spike. Hi guys. Welcome. And he says good. I think modern and vintage. What I would just say that's kind of blunt about it is I just think there's so many players that like I'll just speak for myself. Like I Goldin care less about. How about that? Like we're talking about cards this and that and it's like okay, unless it's a really special card like a PMG or Essential Credentials, but like. Or gold Prizm we'll talk more modern or you know, True Gold this 101 Zebra factor that. Like but, but really for what you do, it's what comes to you right. With your opportunity. And we're going to talk about that later with this lot you just got right. But I mean does that change anything from you as a dealer? What walks up to you at the table though? No, no, no. But Yu-Gi-Oh but you're saying like a lot of this stuff doesn't excite. Excite you. Like almost like I just want to stay in my kind of my more modern lane. No, it's just like, like regardless. I'm saying aside from that, regardless of vintage modern, like modern. Who who cares about the player? Like I don't see how like a mid tier vintage like player is gonna garner some crazy run up comparatively speaking to some mid range person playing now. Like I just see there's way more opportunity and risk for. For a modern player or ultra Modern, an active player to have their card market move versus like vintage. Because I guess that's where I'm getting at is the, the threshold is that I can't really get past is like whether you look vintage or ultra modern, there's just so much like 99 of the players that play these sports. No one like card wise, no one really cares about like, really. So it's like you just pick the top percentage regardless of the era, I think. And it doesn't really matter. Chit. I don't know what you think about that. It's just like, what are we, like what are we talking about now? 1%, 2% of guys regardless of era, and you're gonna do just fine. Yu-Gi-Oh well, that's different. That's different. But you know, like what would walk up at my table, like what you would find if, if, you know, you get a lot that comes along and it's the, the mid 50, not the top, top 10%. I mean you're still gonna, you're still gonna buy into it, there's still value in it and you're still gonna figure out where to offload it, right? Yu-Gi-Oh if, if the, if the value's there, sure. Yu-Gi-Oh It's just when we're, it's just I feel like we're kind of switching back and forth between conversations. Right? Just hear me out. We're talking about like a lot of like Kevin o', Leary, right? We're talking, we're talking about him and then we're gonna talk about Quentin Johnston autos. Like what? Like, like, you know what I mean? It's hard to have a conversation that's coherent because there's like, there's so different strategies for cards because we can't talk about an MJ Kobe dual logo man. And I, I think of this card because it was the last card in the sheet and a Quentin Johnson luminance rookie auto out of 250. That's 15 bucks or whatever. Like, like we just can't. They're totally different things, you know what I mean? And you can't really talk about them as markets because I would just put Quentin Johnson in a bolt in a, like a market of itself as low end bulk. Wouldn't even his name doesn't matter discount. His name doesn't matter. He's in a low end bulk like world. And then there's different. You know what I mean? So it's just like. Yu-Gi-Oh I don't know. I don't know why my mind just keeps going there as we're having this conversation, it's like. But I, I think too. I mean, maybe not maybe because where you're at and where I'm going to like, you know, I'm, I'm looking in my cases and, and I'm setting up at shows and I'm Jamar Chase Auto and J. You know, Justin Jefferson Auto. Yu-Gi-Oh And stuff like that and people. Nah, I'm good. I'm good also at shows. You can't move those. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh You know, and you know how I feel about having that problem. I'm not having that problem moving that stuff down at all. So I think that's just local market or the show market you're setting up at. Yu-Gi-Oh Is those, those are top. In my, in my mind, those are top tier players. Like I would. Those two names are like two, two to five of the receivers I would put in that. Yu-Gi-Oh But you go look at their recent comps. Their recent comps will also show you that their market is not great right now. So you selling off liquidity. I just. Dude, I just sold a base Justin Jefferson score auto for like a hundred bucks. Bucks a base. 20, 24 score auto. Like that's garbage. Right? Like, I don't know. I look at that as a good thing. Is that. Do you look at that as low. I look at that. I had a. I can't believe it's 100 bucks. I had a rookie auto PSA 9 and. And I think I might have sold for 200 or 225. Right. Okay. That it was. But I mean after the year he had last year, I could say Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh The value being down. But he's still. You asked me about, you know, the, the quality players and to me he's still a very quality player. Oh, ab. Absolutely. Yu-Gi-Oh In my mind he's in that tier of like the people I would no brainer buy. Like, he is definitely in that for me. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh He's not in the Quentin Johnston tier as we're talk. That's. That, that's. From now on, that's what we're going to refer to. The low end crap is the Quinton Johnston. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh All right, look, let's. Anything else you want to say on that before we move on. On the market? Yu-Gi-Oh On the comparison? No, I think. No, no. I mean I, I think I had it. You know the thing I, I wrote in here was 2021 was the liquidity bubble. 2026 is scarcity and quality boom. And I think, I think the boom is people just want to like Kind of what you just said. Right. Buy into that top top 5% or 10% of of you know and, and leave the rest of the guys for the discount box. What gone collecting just said too makes sense. Zip. Might consider reading Jeremy Lee's book chapter explaining how grading vintage creates low pop of highly graded cards. Scarcity. Somewhat similar to numbered modern cards. Basic pop and comps. No totally makes sense. Like you could have some. For example when I was said earlier of like if it's a special card. If for example, if it's like I said PMG or essential credential. Yu-Gi-Oh If you get an Fleer PSA 10 of a no name guy it will sell for several grand and, and they're like, they never sniff the court. Like I'm aware of that. I get that and I understand how that can go back even further. I guess what, what I'm saying is not those exceptional rules of like a Zebra hot like the pop one highest grade like for set collectors that are trying to compete on like a set registry. I'm just saying like the every man guy. Here we go. Quentin Johnston versus versus some BS guy from 1960 tops. Right. Like that equivalent. There's going to be more people that are going to want to buy the Quentin Johnston than the random 1960 guy to that equivalent, which is pretty low on the 19. You know that that's what I'm saying. But I, I totally agree with that with, with the grading and, and gone collecting. I do grade a few cards and I absolutely agree. And see the, the upsell on the grades for sure. Absolutely. Vintage card collector says some evidence pointing to a decline in fantasy football interest. Do you think it has any impact on the modern football market if interest wanes? I, I don't know where that evidence is. I would like to know what I, I just think it's like fantasy football right now. Like it's like, it's like in a fever pitch right now. People are drafting excited. Me and Ken are under a rock on that then because I my Sleeper app. I'm in like 10 leagues on sleeper and Yahoo. So I, I, it Goldin be me and I, we had to bring them over. We had to bring him over to Yahoo to slum for that. Yes, that's right. I had to get my handicap parking sticker so I could park in the Yahoo fantasy draft room parking lot and then draft. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh All right. You want to do you want to do our picks before you're. Would love to. All right. Would love to. Let me Pull up. I have them in my notes right here real quick. So if you want to start with one while I pull it up, that is. I. You know, again, we. We didn't talk about this, so I just went down to every division who I think will one-of-one the division. That's what I did. Yu-Gi-Oh Afc. The two that'll play for the AFC Championship, the NFC championship, the Zebra bowl, and the winner. So if we could start with the AFC East, I have the Patriots. North, I have the Ravens. South, I have the Texans. And West, I have the Broncos. Okay. For the East, I have the Pats. North, I have the Bengals. West, I have the Chiefs. And South, I have the Texans. Who did you have for the South? Texans. Okay. Okay. So we agree on the east and the south, but the North. The north, you had the Bengals. Yep. And you had the Chiefs for the West. Yep. You would think you were the Chiefs fan here. I am the Chiefs. Oh, you are the Chiefs fan. That's right. Yes. There you stay. Staying loyal. Yes. All right. And. And chat in the chat. You guys can chime in too, if you think we're crazy. Yes. Any predictions? Nfc, East, I have the Eagles. Okay. North, Vikings, South, Bucks, West, Rams. Okay. We only have the Rams together. So east, you have East, I have the Cowboys. North, I have the Bears. West, I have the Rams. And sa. Who did you have for the South? Bucks, I have the Saints. Okay. Which is. I feel like. Yu-Gi-Oh my Tyler Shook Cars are going up if you're right. And so afc, nfc, who do you got? AFC Championship game. I have Pats and Ravens. Okay. I have Chiefs and Pats. Okay. NFC Championship game. I have Eagles and Rams. I have Ram Seahawks. I don't even know if that's possible. Oh, anything possible wild card somehow. Yu-Gi-Oh anything's. Ram. Seahawks. Yu-Gi-Oh Zebra Bowl. Chiefs. Rams. Yu-Gi-Oh Great. Zebra Bowl. So. So we're close. I have Rams, Ravens. Okay. For a Zebra bowl, your winner. Chiefs. I put Rams. I will hope the Ravens get there and one-of-one Even though I'm a Chiefs fan, I mean, I hope my Chiefs get there and one-of-one Right? Yu-Gi-Oh I think. But if they don't, I. I would like to see the Ravens get there, but I just think the Rams have got a. Well, they stay healthy. They have a well balanced team, offense, defense to get to. To make a. Another run this year. I. I'm feeling good. Feeling good about my picks. Bill says Patriots will. Patriots for what? I think maybe things Patriots will get. Oh, not. Oh, not. Have a great year. That's very funny. Bill also said the TCG market is softer too. Tons of Pokemon cards on Target and Walmart shelves. I saw five to six picks today after restocking. I don't know that market that well, but I still see and I still hear a lot of people say a lot of these shows, the tables are full filled up with, with Pokemon people, you know, reselling, selling at shows. Yu-Gi-Oh I don't, I don't know Pokemon and I don't, I don't really plan on learning. Gotta be honest. I bought like collections and they've had Pokemon in there and I've been. Oh, cool. And just throwing them into PC sports cards. A lot of just auction out, whatever. I don't care. Like, I just, I. It's just not for me. Like, nothing against it. I just, I don't have any interest in it. So it's kind of hard to go do it. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh E. Young, 88, says Rams, bears, Eagles, Panthers, Texans, Bills, Ravens, Broncos, Zebra bowl will be Rams. Texans offense versus defense. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh Rams. Well, well, no, that's defense, first defense. Because I think Texans have a, have a great defense. The Rams have a great defense. Yu-Gi-Oh But the Rams also, I mean, it's kind of hard to identify the rant. I get there. I get it. But it's hard to identify the Rams's defense when they have the MVP and Stafford and Puka and Devonte. I mean, they're just loaded too, so it's. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh That's why I stopped myself. I was like, offense, first defense. I was like, well, the Rams are just probably the most complete team in the league. So. Yu-Gi-Oh Bill says no, no chance of Chiefs. I, I feel the same way about the Bills, so going to the Zebra Bowl. Spike says this has to be Lamar's year or, or it's not going to happen. And I agree with you, Spike. I agree with you 100%. It's just something tells me, and it's nothing about being a fair weather, you know, fan or any. Something just tells me this is going to be a year for, for the Ravens this year. I don't know why. I just have a good feeling about them this year that they're going to have a year this year. Homer says no decline from this back to back champion. Oh, so you think Seattle's going back to back? I could see that. I wouldn't be surprised by that. I got the hard knocks curse now. Yu-Gi-Oh I wouldn't be surprised about it. Yu-Gi-Oh you know, I think, Yu-Gi-Oh Because I said I had Rams, Seahawks. So Yu-Gi-Oh Like if Seahawks hopped in and Then one-of-one like I wasn't big Sam Darnold. Could. He. They. They could make him MVP if they, if they go back to back and one-of-one again. How. How about running back? Their last year's MVP is playing for the Chiefs now. So they have to find. Yu-Gi-Oh that's new. I. I think Jackson Smith. Well, because. So here. Let's. Let's talk about that real quick. Last time Chiefs had a legitimate running back was like 2017 Kareem Hunt. 2018 Kareem Hunt. Like they haven't had someone like, like a student since then and they, they do now. If, if Kenneth Walker, let's put it this way, if the Chiefs line of scrimmage can. Can play well and stay healthy and open up holes for him to run, he will be great there. But. But if the, if they're dealing with injuries like they were last year or the, the offensive line's not playing well. He. He. I'm telling you, last year how much did we see Charbonnet come in in Seattle? Like, I had both of those guys. Yu-Gi-Oh but the Seahawks have always been doing that. Yu-Gi-Oh they'd always been doing that. Yu-Gi-Oh That. It was Chris Carson and whoever else too freaking. The Seahawks are like that. But I hear you because I also, I also think, I think Kenneth Walker unlocks a lot of things for them because like the Chiefs had no big plays. They had like the least big plays or like 20 yard plus touchdowns last year I heard somewhere. And a big part of that is like you didn't really have to worry about the run for them because like Kareem Hunt at this point in his career is not going anywhere fast. So it's like, you know, he's great in short yardage, but like my, my idea is hopefully they have to stack the box a bit more with. With Walker and then you have all those fast guys just running around going to catch balls. That's. That's what I'm hoping for. Yu-Gi-Oh But last year, I mean after the first few games of the season, it was, you know, Kill Mahomes. I mean he was running well. Yu-Gi-Oh Like he was running for his life out there. The first like first or second play, it was friendly fire on their deep threat. Unworthy. Like, I mean it was just a. And Rashi was out for a different friendly fire previous year. I mean it's just they Goldin get out of their own way. Yu-Gi-Oh So, you know, if they just don't hurt themselves literally and figuratively and legally, like if the Chiefs can just not do any of those Three, which is a massive. If it's just crazy, the injuries. Like, I watched football my whole life. I've never seen more Achilles tears and ACL tears and. And hamstring. It's like, what is going on? Oh, dude. After I got Jamar Chase at fourth overall in our Yahoo Draft, I. And then I saw that Hyper extension and then. Then our. Our friend Michael sent it to me. I'm like, you're late, buddy. He's fine. It's like, I was like, don't worry. I've read the same article on five different news sources already, but Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh Any other NFL predictions? No, I do not. I. I hope. I hope burrow. Somebody said, you know, don't discount Burrow. Like, I. I hope the guy can last the whole season. You know, I'm guessing your MVP would be Lamar if you're gonna have all that success or. No, well, no, I had Rams winning. Oh, I had. Ran. You're talking about nc. You know, MVP for. For the regular season. What's your regular season mvp? Oh, my regular season mvp. I did not. I did not select one. I didn't. But Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh I would say Lamar. I would say Lamar if he could make it. Yu-Gi-Oh I'm still. Stick with it. I'm gonna say my home's big bounce back. I could. You know, the other one. The other one it could be is. Is Drake, maybe the Patriots. I mean, he's another one that could. I mean, Yu-Gi-Oh he's got a bunch of weapons. Yu-Gi-Oh they're looking good. So. All right, close it down with that deal. Yu-Gi-Oh let's. Let's. Let's hear about the big deal that. That was. That was sealed in Disney World. Yu-Gi-Oh So I. I was down in Disney and I just. I was on Facebook and I hit the Marketplace app, and there's a collection that I saw, and I'm looking through it. Horrible pictures. And to this person's credit, they really tried their best to, like, give information, but the information they. They gave. So, like, they had pictures of, like, some of the better cards, like, in, like, a huge lot of, like, 40, 50 cards where you really had to zoom in to look. And, like, I'm assuming. And they had a fairly large price tag on the collection as a whole. So I'm assuming people, like, looked, like, zoomed in, like, for five seconds, looked at these cards, and they're like, oh, I'm not. I'm not getting anywhere to that number. Like, you know, and just kept moving along. So I'm, like, looking at it. I looked at it earlier in the day and I just like said I just hit the hey, interested if this is, is it still available? They got back and they're like, Yu-Gi-Oh And I was like, well, I'm in Florida. You know, if it's still available by the time I get back, let me know. And, and by, by the way, I, I didn't know the hidden gem was in there at this point. So like I, I just reached out of like, hey, if this is interested there, there's like enough stuff there. I was like, maybe I could work something out. And it was really like a 10 interest. I was just like, it looks good enough. Let me just send a feel around. So I get back and I'm looking through and in these horribly blurry pictures, there's a Kyrie Irving 2017 Prizm card. And it looks orange. However, in the description it's listed as Kyrie Irving Gold Prizm out of 10. I'm like, huh, okay. No, it was a real, it was a real true gold Prizm And I'm like, all right, well what is that worth? Because they had it listed for $40. As in like they had like in the further pictures in their descript, like in their listing they had some like, they went in their notes and like comped out and priced some cards. He had that card listed at $40 gold Prizm In April, a PSA9 did 1800 and the card ladder value is at 2800. Now since this crazy run up, right, like on the, on the top tier cards, right? This is the difference between top tier play. I mean Kyrie's a good player. There's people collect them. But the, the gold Prizm right, like that's, you know, not to be punny about it, but it is gold in the hobby. It is true. You know, it's as good as gold. It really is. It's a gold Prizm so collectible. So anyways, all in all we came to a value roughly from, from the stuff I saw, okay, it was like $4,000 ish bit not with that Kyrie at 40 bucks. Okay. So we came to an agreement of like I bought the whole collection for 2500. Therefore I bought the Kyrie for 25. Okay. And he said he had a bunch of dollar and, and five dollar cards that I was like, okay, whatever, you know, I was like, Yu-Gi-Oh I'll take those two. And I gave him an extra whatever it was. I come there and I, I look at the collection and those one and five dollar cards, there's a bunch of like 15 to 30 cards within it Mixed in. I'm like, this is great. Like, this is great. So it was just an insane deal. Because this is truthfully, like, it's not the best way I could put it is like, I know we always talk about is like, you know, it's like, oh, you get lucky doing these deals. You get. It's like, it. It was literally sitting there for a whole week listed in. In the listing. Kyrie Irving, 2017 gold Prizm out of ten forty dollars. That. That was there the whole time I was gone up, like, literally, like, right outside of Boston. Right outside of Boston. This major hub. Right? Like, in a very strong card, like, hobby circle up there, too. You know what I mean? It's just like, how it sat there is really what I get back to when I say, like, a lot of people are lazy or don't do their due diligence or don't look. It's just like, it was sitting right there in front of people's faces. It's there. It is not. It is not that I am good at it. It's just like, I feel like it's an effort thing, and I feel like. Like, I'm saying. I'm talking about this. Like, I'm mad that I'm gonna. I'm not. I'm just saying. It's just like, we always talk about these deals. It's like. It's like they're so lazy. I can't believe I got such a good deal. Yu-Gi-Oh it's just like, oh, it's like, you. You're the only. I. I. You're the only one who gets these deals. It's like, well, look, man, it's like I wasn't even in the area, and y' all missed it. And I say, y', all. It's not you. It's like New England. You all miss this deal. All of you, like, what are you doing? You. Yu-Gi-Oh it's just like. It's out there, and it's like, here's another thing, Ken. It's like, how. How lucky is it or how true or flawed of a business model of. Is it if it keeps happening over and over and over again? This is like, here's another thing. I. I was talking to someone on the phone. Let me. Let me ask you this. If that card was being shopped around at a card show, you think someone would have got that for 25 at a card show? No shot. No shot that does that. That whole deal does not happen at a card show. And that's like. That's what I mean, is like, there's. The competition is not there. So if. If I'm looking at this, like, you know, you always talk about, like, other dealers being competition, whether it's like, it's, you know, it's amicable, it's friendly, it's still competition. Some of it's not friendly, obviously, but, like, well, that's. That's a whole factor to a whole business model. So how about we just remove that factor completely? Why don't we just do that? And then the deals get better and easier, in my opinion. And. And that's the. That's the deal. And that card has been sent out to Beckett now. So. Beckett. Yu-Gi-Oh Beckett. I. I also. I'll say this too. I think Beckett, with how everything is with PSA for. It was 124.99. You get it in five business days. Oh, Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh Kind is for the turnaround. It's like, especially if they're like, for that. Kyrie, it was. Surface was great. Staggering. Was Immaculate. The corners, not perfect. Not. Not, like, totally smoked on them by any means. I would have said, like, I'd have been very confident with a PSA 9, but I think there's a 9.5 possibility for Becca. So that. That's. And with the turnaround time, right, it's like, like, what, am I gonna set it at regular and wait four months, or am I gonna spend more and wait 30 days for my best possibility, in my opinion, being a 9? So I'm like, that's. That's why I did that, if that makes sense. Yu-Gi-Oh I was in a. I would with. I'm in the content creators Fantasy football league, so there's a lot of, you know, big, big names in there. And they were talking during the draft last night. They're all convinced that before the end of the year, PSA is going to offer, you know, a lower service. Not a bulk service, but a lower service, which I. I just can't believe. I mean, I, I Then they just pushed everything back again. Like, the stuff they just had, they just pushed back again. And I mean, here we are in August. We only got, what, four months left out of the year. They're going to fix all the. The backlog and then start offering. Because, I mean, I think if they turned around and they said, oh, we're back for bulk, they would be so inundated within two months, they'd be like, oh, we need to shut down again. Right. So, Yu-Gi-Oh because I think so many people are. Are sitting on piles that, like, I have a pile of cards here. You know that I would like to get graded, but Yu-Gi-Oh I got a bunch of Kobe's and Jordans and that sort of stuff. That's lower end that I'm just like, why, why sell it when I could just wait? There's no rush on that stuff. My opinion, Sepia, yep, I hear you. But that's my cool deal. I would say that is my best. Like off of a percentage of a come up. Yu-Gi-Oh for sure. I would say so. That's pretty cool. Nice. Good. Yu-Gi-Oh All right, kid. Good episode. What do you got this weekend? Anything doing any hobby stuff? Depends what shows up on Facebook. Marketplace, I guess. Yu-Gi-Oh I'm setting up at Hamden. Oh, it's little bug show. Little bugs show on Sunday. There's a number of shows Saturday. I'll probably get out and walk A show possibly. I'm driving up to see my guy, Joe Premier Sports Rhode Island. Going to visit him tomorrow in his warehouse. Maybe go shopping in his warehouse tomorrow. Nice. Where's that? Where is that in Rhode Island? It is in. I'll tell you. Because if it's close enough. Okay, that's. Yu-Gi-Oh Well, Rhode Island's small enough. If you get the chance, you should stop at Baseball cards of Rhode island. If you've never been there. Where is that? North Kingstown? Is that south? It's south of Providence. Like just south of Warwick. Yu-Gi-Oh I probably go through that to get to. I mean, the state is the smallest state, so what's it matter? Hockey. We used to do the Rhode island tournament and they would be at rings all over. We would travel all around to all the. All the. All over the state. Yu-Gi-Oh Yu-Gi-Oh I. I think so tomorrow because I start my internship back up next week. So. So I've just. I've just been working my normal three days at the golf course this week. I. So tomorrow, today I was. It was just me and my son. And then tomorrow it's gonna be me and him again today again. So I think I'm gonna take him out to this huge. There's this big playground out in Jamestown, Rhode Island. Nice, I think, where me and my wife used to live. So I think we're gonna go out there and there's this really good like deli, the sandwich shop out there. It's called East Ferry Deli. So I'm gonna go out there, get a sandwich with him and then maybe get a free sandwich. Tell them that you were promoting them on the podcast. I could do that. Do that. Yu-Gi-Oh But you know what it is though? Ken is the kid in the playgrounds. You would think every kid leaving a playground at his age was getting kidnapped. Yu-Gi-Oh trust me. I go. I go see my granddaughters. Actually, they're much better, but they don't like to leave the playground either. Oh, no. He starts screaming. And he also does this thing now where he thinks it's funny because we laughed at it one time, where he starts screaming, help. Help me. So I got. I gotta pay that kid. I gotta put make a deposit now into his. He. If I told him, if he said, I'm being kidnapped and I don't know who these people are, I would double the money. But help. Help me. Yu-Gi-Oh In public. And it's like, luca, please don't. Please don't do that. That's funny. So that's my big plans. Yu-Gi-Oh All right. And next week, I think we got one more Thursday night. We're able to. Oh, Yu-Gi-Oh No, we can't compete. We don't compete. Yu-Gi-Oh And then we'll be back to Wednesday. So we'll be back again next Thursday. And I'll be back with a solo either Saturday or Sunday. This weekend. Very cool. Want to thank everyone for watching? Thanks, everyone. Thank everyone for listening, please.
