Okay, Well, I told you the sports card market was hot going into the national, and here's your proof. Look at this. The Market pulse by Market Movers. We're looking here at the SEI 500 index of 500 of the most prominent sports cards. It is up over the last seven days. It is up over 7% over the last 30 days. And it is up 38% since January 1. The sports card market has never been hotter, and this momentum is carrying into the national this week. It is going to be a week like we have never seen before. I cannot wait. But now let's talk about some of the cards that are going up and down the most. It is time for today's top five. We're starting today with a cold card, as we do every week, because it is a reminder that sometimes the hot cards featured in this program can quickly turn cold in the sports card market. And I cannot believe we have a goat. We have a legend as the cold card of the week this week. Cristiano Ronaldo. Yes, Cristiano Ronaldo, the forward for Portugal. He entered the 2026 World cup hoping to make one final deep run in the World cup with Portugal. But the tournament run ended sooner than expected. Of course, Portugal lost in the round of 16. Their early elimination was a disappointing finish. They were, they were, you know, not the top favorites, but a lot of people thought they were going to go far this year. And unfortunately, this ends Ronaldo's pursuit of the one major trophy that has eluded him. And his cards, believe it or not, they are dropping as a result. Let's take a look here in Market Movers. We're going to go all the way back in time to his most famous card. This is his 2002 Panini Mega Cracks card in a PSA6. This card over the last 30 days is down 23%. 30 days ago, that was an $11,000 card. Today it is down to $8,400 the following year. This is his 2003 Panini Sports Mega Cracks. The next year, the Manchester United card. This one, a PSA5, down 21% over the last 30 days. His newer stuff, unfortunately, a similar fate. This is his 2014 Prizm World cup card in PSA 10. This one is down 34% over the last 30 days. His 2018 World cup card in PSA 10, down about 8% over the last 30 days. His 2022 Prism World cup in PSA 10, down 16% over the last 30 days. And then finally from this year's World cup set, this is the 2026 prism world cup. This is the Silver in Rock edition. It is down 53%. It is now a $46 card. People were paying as much as $237 for that card a few weeks ago. Now it is all the way down at $46. A little bit of a sad end for Cristiano Ronaldo's World cup hopes and dreams. But now let's talk about players going up, and we're starting with our investment card of the week. And this week it is Robin Yount, the shortstop and center fielder for the Milwaukee brewers for many, many years. He was with The brewers from 1974 through 1993. He was nicknamed the Kid, one of the most accomplished and versatile players in franchise history. For the brewers, two American League MVP awards at different positions, over 3,000 career hits, a Baseball hall of Famer and a player whose cards are sought after. We're going to show you an interesting one today. We're going to show you his 1975 Topps mini rookie card. This was, this was a special release from Topps in 1975. It was a scarce regional test set, so this was a much more limited print run than the normal 1975 Topps cards. They look the same, they're just smaller. And we're going to look at this one here in Market Movers. This is, as you can see, same design as the 1975 tops, but just a smaller size. This is the mini in PSA 10. It is a population of only 10. Only 10 in PSA 10. That's how rare they are. Sold recently for $48,800. Nice high price for that card. But in all grades, these are up over the last year. In fact, a PSA 9 has gone from $2,900 up to over $3,500. Over the past year, the PSA 8 has jumped all the way from $165 up to $411. As of the last sale, the PSA 7 has gone from $166 to $194. In the PSA 6, from $74 up to $94. A nice year for Robin Yount's cards. But now let's turn our attention to players playing Today and in the number five spot on today's list, it is Ryan Sloan, a pitching prospect who was drafted by the Seattle Mariners and has actually been making a lot of noise right now in minor league baseball. Currently playing for the Arkansas Travelers. I believe that is a double A team right there. But he's won a lot of awards over the last year. In fact, he was named to the all spring breakout first team for the Seattle Mariners prospects earlier this year. He was a future game selection this year as well for the Arkansas Travelers. Won some all Star awards last year. Was pitcher of the week for the Arkansas Travelers a couple of couple of months ago. So this kid is doing well and of course people are prospecting on him, hoping that when he gets up to the majors at some point in time, he's going to be doing as well there. By the way, one interesting note about Ryan Sloan. He's attempting to collect his own Bowman rainbow. So if you have any of his very rare cards, I think he's missing maybe a couple of his out of fives. If you come across one of those, reach out to Ryan Sloan. Here's some of his cards. You can see how these are going up in the market. Here is Ryan Sloan's 2024 Bowman Draft. His 2024 Bowman Draft, first Chrome Prospect Auto and PSA 10. This thing up 43% over the last 30 days. It is now a $255 card. That was a $178 card 30 days ago. Here it is in raw condition, up 36% most recently selling for 100,120 something dollars. Here's the purple refractor in raw condition. This one's up 52% most recently selling for $183. And finally from 2026, this is his Bowman Mega box, his purple Mojo refractor number to $199 in raw condition. This thing up 66%, $75 most recent sale. You could have scooped that for as little as $40 last month. Now let's go to a basketball prospect for the number four card today it is Jagor Dioman, the guard for the Brooklyn Nets. Diomen used summer league to show major growth after his rookie season with Brooklyn. He averaged 21 points and 4.3 assists per game in Las Vegas, earning a spot on the all summer league second team. And this comes after averaging 10.3 points a game as a rookie. So his summer league breakout has created renewed excitement about his long term role with the Nets as well as renewed excitement about his cards. Let's take a look at some of those here in Market Movers. And this is Diomen's 2025 Bowman Chrome Auto Refractor number to 499 in raw condition. This is a $30 card today, but you could have scooped that card up for under $10 last month. So that one is on the rise. This one is on the rise as well. His 2025 Topps Chrome rookie autograph in raw condition. This is a $30 card today. This was a $15 card just 30 days ago. How about his 2025 Topps Cosmic Chrome autograph in raw condition today? This is close to $60. Last month that was as little as $26. And finally, let's look at his 2025 Topps Hoops rookie signatures in raw condition. $52 as of the most recent sale. That was a $7.89 card going back to last month. Back to baseball, we go for the number three spot today and it is another pitching prospect for the Seattle Mariners, Cade Anderson. Yes, Cade Anderson has dominated his first professional season and rapidly is establishing himself as one of baseball's premier pitching prospects. Through 14 starts, the Mariners left hander is 8 and 1 with a 1.36 ERA. Now, Seattle is cautious about rushing him. He's of course doing all this right now in the minors, but they've been cautious about rushing him up to the majors. But there's a lot of anticipation that he will eventually get to the majors and hopefully those 108 strikeouts he has in the minors this season, hopefully those carry over to the majors when he makes it up because that would be absolutely electric. His cards are doing electric things. Here is Cade Anderson's 2025 Bowman Draft Chrome Prospects Autocard, his first Bowman Auto in PSA 10. This is a $750 card as of the last sale. That is up about $100 over the course of the last month. Here it is in raw condition, up 42% over the course of the last month. Here's his 2026 refractor auto in raw condition. This went up a little bit about $100 card today over the last month. And then finally here is the purple refractor of his 2026 Bowman auto. This one up a good bit. $138 as of the last sale a few weeks ago that one was as little as $89. Back to basketball, we go for the number two card today and it is Darren Peterson, the guard for the Utah Jazz. Of course we know that Peterson was the number Two overall pick coming out of Kansas. A lot of people, some people feel he was maybe the best player in the draft, but a lot of people feel like he's got a bright NBA career in front of him. Of course, he averaged over 20 points per game at Kansas while shooting over 38% from three. And then he carried that scoring into the summer league. He had games in the summer league, the NBA summer league this summer where he had 28 points, 25 points, 24 points, 23 points. Also had a 12 assist game. So he showed some explosiveness and people are hoping that carries over to the big league, the real NBA, once the season gets going later this year. You can see his cards are on the rise. Coming off the back of his summer league performance, we're going to look at his 2025 Bowman Chrome prospect auto. This is his first Bowman card with his college jersey there from Kansas. This thing's up a smidge over the course of the last 30 days. It's currently at $196. Some of these others are up a little more. Here's the purple refractor of that same car. This one's up a good bit, most recently having sold for $350. But a month ago that was down around $200. This is his 2025 Bowman anime, the super short print card in raw condition. This one's gone up a lot. $813. As of the most recent sale. A month ago that was $560. So that one is heated up. This one's heated up as well. This is his Bowman crystallized case hit in raw condition. This is a $610 card. Even a few weeks ago, you could have scooped it for as little as $319. Nice month here for Darren Peterson. All right, we've reached a big moment in today's show. It is time for today's number one card. Okay, here we are. The number one card of the week is no other than Jordan Walker, the right fielder for the St. Louis Cardinals. Jordan Walker has put an exclamation point on his breakout season by capturing the 2026 Home Run Derby title. Showcasing his elite power, Walker is entering the second half hitting.294 with 22 home runs so far this season and an MLB leading 74 RBIs. Turning his long awaited potential into All Star production. In fact, during that Home Run Derby, by the way, he delivered six home runs on six swings and became the first Cardinal player ever to win the event. Exciting stuff for Jordan Walker. Exciting for you if you own his cards. Because let's look at, let's let me go into the details. Look at all this green here. Ladies and gentlemen, we're looking over the last 30 days of Jordan Walker's cards. Let's go high end. Let's go with his 2020 Bowman Draft, his first Bowman Auto. We're going to look at the purple refractor number to 250 in PSA 10 condition. A month ago that was $900. Today it is $1155. This is his Sapphire Edition base card in PSA 10 condition. That one's jumped from $92 to $120 over the last month. This is his Bowman Chrome Mega Box Prospect auto in raw condition from 2021. This has gone from $70 to $95 over the last month. This is his 2023 Topps cosmic chrome auto in PSA 10 condition. That's gone from $370 to $448. And finally his 2023 tops. Now baseball PSA 10. This one over the last month has gone from $24 to $29.
